Becca's POV
Today is the day...
Sorry! My name is Becca Lane, and I'm 18. I play girls lacorsse for Harvard, and I dabble in rowing. So today is the day in which I am leaving for Vancuver Canada with a my best friend Marie Cullder and some of her good friends. One of which being the guy I've liked since I was in the 7th grade-Eric Challen.
I just finished zipping up my suit case, when my mom came in. "Honey, you know the rules-don't spend to much money, stay away from achlohol," "Mom! I know!" "Ok, ok. Have fun sweety. Love you. I've gotta go to work now, so call me when you land in Canada. Love you!" "Love you too mom!"
I heard the door close and I texted Marie to come and pick me up. 10 minutes later, I saw the fiamilar black Range Rover drive into my long driveway. I ran down stairs and grabbed my Vera Bradley suit cases and bags and slipped on my Rainbow flip flops. "Honey! I'm home!" Marie yelled as she entered my house. "haha! Help?" I laughed. She ran up the stairs and being the rower she is she carried both suit cases in one hand and we walked out the door. I locked up and helped put my bags in the trunk. "Hey Noah! Hey Wade! I greeted as I saw Maries best guy friend and boyfriend. "Hey! So after we stop for lunch we are going to pick up Eric and Sarah." Noah stated. I felt a pang of jealously hearing there together, and Marie sensed it too. "Hey, it's ok. There not together or anything, just both are in the same class." Marie whispered to me. Wade shifted to a stop and we all walked into this really cute sandwich shop, called Pie in the Sky. We ordered and ate our sandwiches and we all shared a small pie. Time flew by, and before I knew it, it was 2 o'clock and we were driving back into Boston.
"Hey guys!" Sarah brightly smiled as she hopped into the back with Marie and I. Eric sat in the way back with the luggage. A few minutes later, we parked and hopped out of Wades car and we strolled our luggage to security. That took ages. We all ran to the gate, and quickly boarded. I looked at the number on my ticket. First class, A7. Haha I got the aisle seat! Most people hate it, but being on the aisle it's easier to socialize. I got up to put my Camp Keystone tote bag onto the rack above, but of course! I'm too short. I tryed tossing it up there but it ended up on Wades head. See, you just don't mess with Wade, because he is the sassiest straight guy alive. As I tryed one last time, I felt the bag being slipped out of my hands. Eric had grabbed it and placed it over head for me. Then I saw him put his stuff up there too. I'm not trying so sound creepy, but he looked so good. Sporting a Harvard crew t-shirt and khaki Vineyard Vines shorts and his Oakleys placed hanging on his shirt, and his black hair swept to the side. Preppy and fashionable. Me on the other hand probably looked like a mess. And look! I get to sit next to him the whole plain ride.
Eric's POV
I hopped on the plane only to find Becca fumbling with her tote bag. Then I saw it hit Wades head, and I heard a 'Oh no you didn't.' that boy is the gayest straight alive. Without thinking, I grabbed Beccas bag and placed it over head, and then put my bag up there. I know I can't date Becca, because she probably only thinks of me as a friend. But she's gorgeous. Wearing just khaki skinny pants and a red and black plaid button up and her hair in a ponytail, she looked nice.
I sat down in my seat. Great. Window seat. And I noticed Becca going to sit next to me. This plane ride just got that much better.
Throughout the plane ride, we talked, listened to music, laughed, talked sports, and Facebook stalked random people. It was the best plane ride ever. Time flew by and the next thing I know, we are about to land. Becca had follen asleep so I gently woke her, and her beautiful brown eyes came into sight again. God I sound mushy. Oh well.
Truth is, I'm falling for Becca.
