The autumn breeze chilling the outside of the windowsill. The range of leaves from red to brown swiftly falling down the side of the oak brown trees. The darkness laying over the sky like a blanket on a bed. Sparkly white specks cover the darkness of the sky, the light reflects on the ponds and streets. Rows of oak and birch trees littered the ground behind gray and white two story homes.
It was around 7:30pm on Thursday night. The wind chilled every window in the neighborhood. Jennifer was upstairs laying on her comfortable bed. The lavender walls were covered with white and black flower lights. The bedside table next to her bed is where her phone layed. (Ring ring ring) Her phone began buzzing. She picked up her phone to only notice who was calling her.
"Why are you calling me? You hate me remember?" Jennifer asked.
"Uh... Well I-I was going to invite you to my party this Saturday. But, if you don't want to come..." Elaina spoke.
"Why would you invite me anyway? You never liked me for me." Jennifer frustratingly asked.
"It's not me who was going to invite you. Some people wanted me to invite you. You are welcome to come. Bye." Elaina spoke.
"Maybe... Bye." Jennifer spoke.
Now if Elaina doesn't like Jennifer than why would she even consider going? Later that night Jennifer laid tangled in her blanket. "Should I go?" Jennifer spoke.
She decided she would go to this party.

Now it was Friday. Only one day till the party. She pulled out a sparkly navy toned dress and some black flats. "Am I really deciding to go to this party? Why?" Jennifer spoke to herself.
She knew that she still needed to speak to her parents about this party. She began walking down the stairs. "Mom, dad come to the living room I need to speak to you." Jennifer spoke.
When she got to the bottom of the stairs she realized the front door was wide open. Next, thing she knew she heard the sound of glass shattering in the kitchen. She ran out the front door to a spot in the woods she knew she could hide. Then she spotted something by her house. It was covered by a shadow, not saying that it helped that is was already dark. A black van stood still in her driveway. Could her parents be in there?
She decided to dart through the leaves on the ground to the black van. She opened the back and there were her parents. The first thing there was, was a thick, prickly beige rope. As she looked up her mother and father were tied to the floor with duct tape over there mouths. Blood red leaked from her dad's shirt around his chest. Her mother layed there half naked. Only a torn up black bra and slightly ripped black underwear on.
"Mom, Dad! Are you okay?!" Jennifer cried out.
Her mother motioned for her to stay silent. As if she didn't want Jennifer to alert whoever was inside. She got into the van and untied her mom and dad. She slowly pulled off the shiny gray duct tape from their mouths. Her mom got up, but her dad wasn't moving. She pulled on him, yet he was still not moving. Her mother grabbed her arm and pulled her to the woods. They ran to the woods and began walking further and further.
Soon they came upon a small, broken, shabby looking cabin. All they could hear was the sound of a creature lurking around every corner.
(Crick crick crick crack crack crack) They slowing continued further until they disappeared far enough from the house.
