The Mission

Keith's POV

"Paladins! Get to your Lions now! We are being attacked by the Galra!" I hear Allura call. I quickly get suited up and headed to the Lions. "Ok Paladins, we need to take down their canons!" Shiro says over the coms. I charge at one of the canons and destroy it with my lazer beam. "Keith, More jets are coming your way!" Pidge alarms me as I start to fly away. "Keith Buddy I got your back!" I look back to see Lance shooting the Jets. "Thanks Lance.... I guess.." I then go to destroy the other canons. "Hey Keith where are you?" I suddenly turn around realizing I couldn't see the rest of the Paladins "Im coming back!" I fly my Lion back to the others. "Shiro, what's the plan?" Pidge said as she is getting cordinates to another planet. "We have to take down their canons and defeat the ships!" Shiro said as confident as he can. "Got it!" Everyone said. I rush to one canon and doged all the beams it was shooting. I took down the canon and helped the others. "Guys there is another huge canon over there!" Hunk warned us. "I got it!" I rushed over there and started to shoot it with the beam on my tail. With a quick flash a beam started to come out from the smoke and hit me. Everything blacked out.

Lance's POV

I look at Keith and saw him get hit by the beam. "Keith!!" I shout on the coms and rush to his Lion. I come out of my Lion and head into his. "Keith! Keith! Are you ok!" I head to the head part of the Lion. I see Keith sitting there unconscious. "Keith! Buddy! Wake up! Huh?" I see blood running down his mouth. "Keith! Please wake up!" I put his Lion on auto pilot and I bring Keith to my Lion. "Guys lets head back.." Shiro said with a sad and worried tone in his voice.
