Nicole’s POV

I woke up the next day in the longue next to Kat, we must’ve fallen asleep watching a movie. I get up and stretch. Not the most comfortable way to spend the first night here but certainly the most funnest. I go into my room and change http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=55742381 . When I’m ready I go into the kitchen to make toast. As I’m eating Kat walks in and sits down beside me.

“hey babe” I say

“hi honey, watcha doing today?” she asks

“hmm” I say thinking “I - ” I’m cut off by someone knocking on the door. I quickly finish my toast and go open the door. I come face to face with Liam.

I smile “hi babe, what did you need?” I say

“I was looking for my beautiful girlfriend” he smiles back cheekily

“well I guess that answers my question” Kat says coming up behind me

I turn around “aww I can stay with you if you want” I say

“but you promised Nicole” Liam whines

Katrina laughs “it’s ok, go spend time with your stupid boyfriend” she says shooing us

“hey” I slap her playfully “he is not stupid”

“yeah” he says approvingly

I slip on my shoes and give Kat a hug “love ya Kat”

“yeah yeah, go have fun”

“see ya later” I say grabbing Liam’s hand and heading out.

“so, My Payne, what did you wanna do today?” I ask

“well, Miss Tomlinson, I was thinking we could go to the park” he replies

“I think that’s a great idea”

We walk hand in hand to the park near the apartment complex. When we got there we went straight to the swings. I sit down on a swing and Liam sat down on the one next to me. I looked to Liam and he smiles cheekily.

“are you thinking what I’m thinking?” I ask

“swing contest?” he asks

“swing contest” I nod

We used to do this all the time when we were kids, see who could swing the highest the fastest

“on 3” I say

“1, 2, 3” we count down together. I start swinging, using my legs to swing me higher and higher. I look over and Liam is matching my pace. I urge myself further until I am swinging the highest you can go, I look over and Liam is still not as high as me which means I won.

“YES!” I scream out in victory and stop swinging my legs, letting the swing come to a stop on its own. We stop at the same time and I smile widely at Liam. I get up and stand facing him “I win” I smile

“that’s not fair, I let you win” Liam says pouting

I grab his hands “sure you did babe”

“whatever” he says

I pull him up and entwine our fingers together and smile “I want my prize” I say

“really? And what might that prize be?” he smile back cheering up

“my kiss” I say wrapping my arms around his neck

His lips crash onto my, and the familiar fireworks courses through my veins. I pulled away and sat back on the swing. Just in time too because we heard a high pitched squeal come from behind us. Liam turned around and smiles. Five teenage girls came running up to him asking for pictures and autographs. Liam kindly took pictures with fans, while I sat on the swing patiently waiting. Liam is the sweetest guy. He cares about his fans so much, he would do almost anything for them. When the fans left, he turned back to me with an apologetic smile.

“sorry about that Nicole” he says

“its ok, happens all the time. Good thing they didn’t see us kissing though” I say

“yeah good thing” he says looking disappointed. I stood up and looked up into his eyes

“not that I would have minded” I say assuringly, I honestly haven’t even thought about announcing our relationship to the public. Honestly I didn’t care, as long as my Li li is happy I’m happy.

He smiles a little “I know babe, only when you’re ready” he says

I entwined our fingers “come on it’s getting late” I say as we head down the path to the apartments. Take life on day at a time.
