Tempted

Chapter 6

Raven's POV

I stared at the door for awhile hoping that Keith wouldn't take long in coming back with Jade. I just wanted to go to her house and go to sleep. I wrapped the blanket tightly around my body.

I can't believe Jonathan would do something like that to me. I always knew that he had a crush on me. He made that pretty obvious. Maybe that's the reason why James wouldn't leave him alone with me.

I never told James, but my freshman year I messed around with Jonathan. He was the first guy that ever kissed me. It wasn't a cute romantic kiss. It was sloppy and gross. He tried to shove his tongue in my mouth. I freaked out and didn't know what to do so I bit it. He stayed away after that. The idiot thought that I bit his tongue on purpose.

I can't say that I'm surprised that he would force himself on me. He always threw jokes around saying that if I never gave it up he'd take it from me, but I never took him seriously until now.

I'm so grateful that Keith found me. I have to repay him, but I just don't know how.

I look up from staring at the ground once I hear the door open. I see Jade peek her head through the door looking around the room, but once our eyes make contact she comes rushing towards me.

"Oh my god are you okay?" She asks me as she throws her arms around my neck.

"That Keith guy said that you were attacked by Jonathan. Is it true?" She pulls away from me to get a good look at my face. I nod my head not really wanting to say much.

"That asshole. I swear the next time I see him I'm gonna kill him." I look at Jade's face to see that she is fuming. She never liked Jonathan now I know why.

"Can we please just leave? I've had enough for one night. I just wanna sleep." I beg her in a low voice.

"Of course. Let's just head go to the backyard real quick. I need to get my stuff then we can leave." I slowly unwrap the blanket from around my body and get off the bed. Heading towards the door hoping to find Keith waiting on the other side.

"Where's Keith?" I turn around to see Jade folding the blanket I had used.

"He said he had to take care of something. He told me where his room was then ran back down stairs." I nod my head as I turn around and walk out the door with Jade right beside me.

We don't say anything as we walk down the stairs side by side. As we reach the first floor of the house Jade takes my hand and says something, but I couldn't hear what she said due to the volume of the music.

Jade starts to pull me towards the back door. Once we reach the backyard Jade pulls me to a far corner where Samantha and I were before I left.

As we walk up to the chairs I see Keith. He gives me a frightful look before turning to face whoever was talking to him.

I give him a strange look as Jade comes to a stop and picks up her bag. Looking to my left I see that Keith is now standing with a bunch of other boys surrounding him. Seconds later I can hear someone yelling at Keith.

Jade gives me a look and jerks her head in the direction of the door. I immediately knew what she meant. We take about two steps toward the door before I hear his voice for the second time tonight.

"You had no right to interfere with my personal business. That bitch needed to be taught a lesson and you ruined it." I take a deep breath as I close my eyes. I turn around to see Jonathan yelling at Keith.

"Look you need to leave. You have no right to be here. So I'm gonna ask you nicely to please leave." Keith doesn't look the least bit scared of Jonathan. He's standing right in his face and is completely calm.
