Who is woman?

Who is woman?
She is a name as sweet as any
Woman she is
Sweet as sweet
Soft to the touch
Stronghearted,Softhearted

Woman bore me
And named me her child.
Woman gave me food
Woman hugged me
And told me to never cry,
Woman starved for me

Who is woman?
A gender sculpted like a goddess
Woman is beauty
Woman is perfection
Woman is a being mightier than any
She is a pillar that holds the universe together

Who is woman?
Woman is diverse
She comes in all flavours
She comes in the most beautiful shades of cream and cocoa
She is a key to any man's heart
She is mother Earth

I am woman
I walk and turn and smile and pause
And the whole world stops.
I am woman
I smile even when inside I want to scream
I stand tall when violated
I am woman!
