Aelis was having trouble focusing on counting out the cards.
Ailienas's shirt was casually tossed at her side, the fawn-colored fabric rumpled. The wood elf's breasts were wrapped in banding to keep them in place, but other than that her chest was bare. Amusingly enough, she seemed to have a tree tattooed through her cleavage, in contrast with the calligraphy and abstract swirls covering the rest of her body.

At last, though, she ended up handing everyone their cards, though not after accidentally passing Feloriel six and having to snatch one back. She looked at hers apprehensively. 7S KH 10S 4D JD - oh gods damn it not even a pair to start with!
Still, she had cards to hand out. Ava asked for three new ones, shrugging at what she got. Feloriel traded in four, a small smile breaking through her usually stony, unreadable expression. Nowhere also switched out three cards, her neutral expression turning to a grin when she saw the last one. Allanya took just one, looking nonchalant. Ailienas (still conspicuously topless) switched three cards, looking very slightly disappointed. Finally, Aelis discarded all but her king, unable to bite back a scowl at her new cards. Well, fuck! Still a king high, and the kicker's even worse now!
She sighed heavily. "Let's see what we've got."
