Taehyung sat on a park bench using the rain to disguise his tears. He hated to cry but he didn't know what else to do.

It was his birthday and nobody had bothered to say anything. Not his friends, not his family, not even his own boyfriend.

The start of the day would have to have been the worse part. Taehyung and Jimin had previously arranged to go see a movie together and go out for lunch later. A date. A date that Jimin didn't show up to. So that plan was scrapped. He wouldn't even answer his phone. It always went straight to voicemail.

Instead, Taehyung took himself out. He went to a museum. There was a Van Gogh exhibition on so he figured why not? The museum helped him take his mind of things for a few hours. Even a nice old lady offered to take a picture of him next to one of he pieces. 'Art next to art' as she called it. Taehyung happily obliged and had the picture taken but it bought everything back.

Taehyung kept a smile up until he got outside. As soon as he got out the doors, his smile dropped and he started thinking about the next thing to do.

Jimin still wasn't answering his phone and none of his family was in Seoul. After numerous missed called to Jimin, Taehyung eventually decided to switch his phone off and just try to enjoy the day.

Next, he found a cute little cafe and sat down for a coffee. The coffee was just right. Just like the last time he had been here. It was the couple's first official date.

Nothing had changed in years. The cafe still held the cozy home-away-from-home feel.

Taehyung smiled at the fond memories he has. In no time Taehyung had finished the coffee. He sat and admired the cafe for a while longer before moving on to the next location.

By the time Taehyung got anywhere it was starting to get a little bit dark. So that's why his second last location ended up being a restaurant. It was the only place Taehyung got to fully escape his thoughts of Jimin.
