Battle Scars

Lycilya's POV
It's been a couple months since dad came back and he's been living with me and Shouta, and they've both been ridiculously protective of me but I guess who could blame them really?
After a month since dad came back Shouta proposed to me and of course I accepted :)
Dad got a teaching position at UA and he had hardly waited to meet the students, and today he finally was going to teach them some things. I was glad he was trying to reconnect with people
We were all walking to the school both me and Shouta were in our usual hero attire although my outfit has gone under some changes (giggles) I swapped the skimpy skintight clothes and heels for black skinny pants with a short sleeved blue kimono that had the sides slit for movement it had a short collar that went to the middle of my neck. I wore forearm bracelets made from leather and were trimmed with black fur and boots that stopped at my lower knee

We reached the school and dad went to find the training grounds while me and Shouta went to his class where surprisingly the entire class was waiting patiently
"Good morning class today you'll be training with Lycilya and A very special hero today so get your PE clothes on and follow her" Shouta said
The kids went and got their clothes and went to change and I walked out to the grounds where dad was at. His trench coat whipped in the light breeze
"The kids are gonna be so surprised when they see you" I said
"You think so?" He asked
"Yes they'll love you dad" I said "now go hide so I can have you make a good entrance to impress them"
He nodded and I herd feet shuffling behind me as he disappeared
I turned around to face the students who were a little more than confused
"Hello class, like mr. Aizawa said you'll be training with a new and very special hero today, and there's a little added bonus, which I will get into in a moment, but for now I would like to introduce you to Professor Adrian Witherstone" I said
Dad jumped down from I don't even know where and landed with his knee on the ground and a palm in front of him his cane in his hand behind his back
Some of the kids eyes widened. Others gasped
"Hello kids!" He said cheerfully his shaggy lilac hair blowing in the wind as he stood up and bowed
"Professor Witherstone is also my father" I said "now pair up we are going to do a tag team with us as your opponent" I said
"Finally a fucking challenge!" Bakugo said and pushed some of the students aside "your not going to win old man!" He said taking a defensive stand making small sparks form in his palms
I mentally groaned
"Not this shit again.." I muttered
Dad raised an eyebrow at me but smiled and approached Bakugo
"If you wish to fight then so be it young pupil maybe you'll learn to control your temper after sparing" dad said to him
I pushed the kids back to watch this and they both took defensive stances
"Lycilya will you please hand me your digital music player please?" Dad asked
I nodded and tossed it to him he caught it and turned a song on that I'd never herd before (hail to the king by avenged sevenfold)
Bakugo blew a blast at dad who dived it swiftly
"Young Bakugo, you must learn to listen to people and find peace inside yourself not just through brute force" dad said and pointed his finger at him and blasted  the notes from the song at him he staggered back and dad ran and jumped up and over him and landed on a telephone line balancing nimbly
"Where'd you go?" Bakugo muttered turning around looking for dad
Dad hung upside down by his cane and preformed an acupuncture technique that I haven't seen in years, the chia fu he hit the pressure points of Bakugos back like lightning causing him to loose his balance and was unable to move forcing him to fall flat on his face
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME YOU OLD BAT!" He yelled
Dad jumped down from the phone line and stood in front of him
"Tsk Tsk Tsk, so violent and arrogant I see" he said as I walked up to him
" you made a poor move Katsuki my dad is an music hero but he's trained in acupuncture fighting to immobilize his targets, you'd think he'd be smart enough to know this" I said and looked at dad
Bakugo growled and yelled profanity at us and I simply sighed
"Iida can you get Recovery Girl to take him to the hospital wing?" I said to the class representative
He nodded and ran to get Recovery Girl
Soon he reappeared with Recovery Girl nearby with a stretcher
"Lycilya my dear what happened to this spitfire?" She asked
"He egged dad on and he used his acupuncture blocking techniques" I said as they put him onto the stretcher
She laughed
"Adrian you batty! I haven't cured that in ages!" She said to my dad
He smiled and laughed
"Sorry He was being a tad bit violent what was I supposed to do?" He asked
"Such a violent one he is, I'm glad you put him in his place Adrian" she said and lead him away
"Alright now we are going to spar against each other and your going to watch carefully and observe our fighting styles to create your own type of fighting style" I said the kids nodded and stood back
Dad and I took our stances
I turned on a song that had a good vibe to it (shell shocked) and we begun fighting at close combat
My fighting style is similar to tai chi Chuan so it gave me an edge while fighting different types of people
Dads was a majority baguazhang style so his move were somewhat predictable
We spared until he knocked my feet from underneath me and I fell onto my face oof
The class clapped and some even cheered as dad helped me up
"That's it for today's lesson go get changed" I said out of breath
"Before you children go I'd like to tell you something" dad said stopping them in their tracks
"Take what you've observed here today and try to learn from it making the wrong move in a fight can be deadly and sometimes you only have one shot at it take that into consideration" dad said and they all left to change
We walked back to Aizawa's classroom and walked in to him grading papers
I was drenched in sweat and breathing pretty heavily
"Oh your back how did training go?" Shouta asked
"Dad Put Bakugo on his ass" I said
"Did he really? I'dve payed to see that" Shouta said
We all walked to the staff lounge and resumed our day as usual
When classes got out dad said he had to go see to some 'business' and that he'd be home later hmm. Odd

Professor Witherstone's POV
I left lycilya and aizawa at the school entrance and went on a train to the underground federal prison in the next city
"Hello how can I help you?" A receptionist asked as I entered the building
"Professor Witherstone, I'm here to see Jaclyn Witherstone" I said
"Oh your here to see the banshee lady" she said disturbed
I nodded and she gave me a badge and made a phone call and told me where to go
I went to the fifth floor and saw a room with a glass divider. Jaclyn was there in a prison jumpsuit
I opened the door and sat in the chair and grabbed the phone to talk to her
"Hello Jaclyn, it's been a while" I said
She picked the line up and looked at me her gray eyes held no light in them her black hair was long and untamed
"I see you broke free from your bounds Adrian" she said
"I had some help actually" I said
"Did that brat daughter of ours do it?" She snarled
"No her friend Shouta Aizawa did" I said 
"Why are you here?" She barked
"To clear up a few things, like what you did to my daughters back" I said
"What of it? The brat got in the way of my fun so I punished her it didn't leave anything too bad" she said smugly
"Yes it did she has a giant scar on her back because of you Jaclyn, what in the world happened to you? We used to be a happy family. What in the world happened to you?" I asked
"You stopped paying attention to me when she was born and her getting into that god awful school was the last straw for me" she said bitterly
"She's a good kid she loved You and she wanted you to be proud of her for getting into UA but instead of you praising her you pushed her and hurt her. I'm not even sure if I should give you this but here" I said and handed her a wedding invitation to Lycilya and Shouta's upcoming wedding
"So the brats are getting married huh? Why are you inviting me?" She asked
"Because she's your daughter, and if you were half the mother you said you were you'd find it in your heart to be happy for her." I said and slammed the phone down on the line and left
"Stubborn wench" I said
I left the facility and went back to lycilya's house and found her and Aizawa passed out on the couch, she was cocooned in his arms and he was holding her protectively, like his life depended on protecting her at all costs, I wonder why.
