"Hello, excuse me."
A foreign voice catches your attention. You turn to face the source of the voice, only to see a girl with platinum blonde hair and striking blue eyes. You recognize her as Princess Artemis, the Crown Princess of Eridanus.
You instantly fall into a bow, a sign of respect for the young princess. She returns your gesture with a small curtsy as well, one that has been practiced to perfection. The two of you stand on your feet not a moment later.
"Good evening," She greets, her voice smooth like honey, "I do hope you're enjoying the party."
"I am," You answer, regardless of whether or not you're actually having fun. It was better to lie and please the Princess of the land rather than get on her bad side. "That is certainly nice to hear, I'm sure you'll enjoy the academy, too. Speaking of which, I have a letter for you," She responds.
Artemis holds out a letter, one embellished with a wax seal of the famous academy. You take it from her hands gratefully. "Thank you, I shall treat it with the utmost care," You thank. She gives you a small smile, then walks away to deliver the next letter.
She seems like a nice girl, but everyone has skeletons in the closet. You weren't even safe from the horrors of the world. A sinner's hands are always dyed red, after all.
At the strike of twelve, the Young Princess and Princes were allowed to go to their long awaited dorms. As you walk down the hallways, you almost feel like you're in a fairy tale.
The dorms are divided into two sections: the Moon side and the Sun side.
Princesses of all kind resided in the Moon side, while the Princes resided in the sun side. Both side are lavishly decorated, with recreational rooms that costs fortunes. You could only imagine how life would be at the extravagant school.
Finally, you find your own room. Your feet are aching by now, and the only thing you want to do is sleep. Your eyes flicker between the number on the door and on the key contained in the letter one last time, before you slide your key into the lock.
The key turns without resistance, and a smile crosses your face. You push open the door, only to reveal a grand room bathing in bright, white light from the chandelier that hangs for the ceiling.
There's a large window covered by dark blue curtains on one wall. Presumably, it leads to a balcony. In front of it, situated in the corners of the room, are two bunk beds with desks underneath them. Across from one of the beds is a third identical setup, making for three beds within the room total. All of the beds have sheets and blankets that represent your house.
