Chapter Three: Goodbyes And Welcome Backs

(Leo's POV)

The doors came open and a guy walked in. "Tony have you got an answer for me?" The guy said.

I had seen and heard this man before but I can't figure out where. The guy looked right at me and that's when I knew. This was the scary guy I had run into on the street. He still wore all black with a black eye patch.

"Hey I know you. Your that kid that ran into me on the street." He looked at me and said. Tony was standing up now and looked at me too. He looked at the man again. All the guy said to me was "Be carful kid."

"Leo this is Nick Fury. Nick this is Leo Valdez. It looks like you to have meet already." Tony said sensing the awkwardness. So this guy was called Nick Fury? Okay. I'm sure he was here to talk about the avengers with Tony.

"Can I talk to you alone Tony for a minute?" Nick asked politely.

"Oh Nick he already knows about the avengers stuff. I told him. But anyway my answer is yes. I will do it." Tony answered him.

Nick looked absolutely shocked. Oh yeah it was probably because this whole thing was suppose to be a secret but Tony told me anyway. Yeah that's probably it. Nick seemed to calm down.

Then said, "I'm glad you gave me an answer I'll see you tomorrow bright and early." And with that the mysterious Nick Fury left. Tony looked at me and said, "I'm sorry Leo, but you can't stay here any longer. But we could build a machine that would take you to the warship."

Build a machine yes! I haven't done that in a while. "Alright! I'd love to build a machine." I answered. I followed him into the basement where he worked. "Jarvis, get my tools ready." Tony asked something called Jarvis.

"What's Jarvis?" I asked curiously.

"He's like a robot voice." Tony answered. Wow a robot voice? He already had like fourrobots down here. He did say he was a millionaire genius robot builder though.

Tony got to work and pulled up a blue print on a computer screen. "This is what it's going to look like okay?" It was a circle of metal with an engine and what looked like small rocket boosters? "So what's it do?" I asked.

"It's going to take you to the exact point of the warship. Then if your run into any trouble you have this machine gun that pops up the attack the attacker. Let's start building."

We got to work right away. Tony started on the metal circle that would hold me. We measured me so we would know how big to build it. I started on making glass for windows.

(Tony's POV)

I was half way done with metal circle which I had decided to call the 'Deadly Fish Tank.' Leo had finished the glass and was placing it in place. Then I started to build the weapon that he would be using.

I installed the navigation system and finished up with the machine. By the end of the day the 'Deadly Fish Tank' was finished.

"Thank you for this Tony. I really wouldn't have been able to make it home. Much less build a machine." Leo thanked me.

"No problem kid. Want something to eat before you go off in the Deadly Fish Tank?" I asked.

"Deadly Fish Tank?!" Leo responded sounding very scared.

"No I meant this thing it's called the Deadly Fish Tank."

Leo laughed. "When did we decide that name?"

"I decided it. A while ago. Want a sandwich?" I asked.

We walked upstairs to the kitchen and got a sandwich. We ate and talked. He showed me a really cool trick he can do. He lit up on fire. His whole body. It was crazy!

"Wow! That's insane! How do you do that and not get burned?!" I asked him.

He smiled. "It's just a talent I guess."

Then he told me a story about how he wrote 'hot stuff' on his arms to distract some guy and nymphs so they could get a shield out of the water. He seemed like a pretty funny guy.

"So wait let me get this straight you and your friends are demigods? And your trying to destroy Mother Nature?" I asked.

"Right except Mother Nature is evil she's Gaea." He responded.

"You by yourself built a warship called the Argo II?"

"Yup."

"So anything else I should know about you?" I asked.

"Umm..I think that's it." He responded.

(Leo's POV)

"You know Tony I'm gonna miss you." I said to him before climbing into the Deadly Fish Tank.

He smiled. "I'm gonna miss you too Leo. But who knows maybe will see each other again. "

"Maybe" I closed the Deadly Fish Tank and took off. I waves to Tony one last time and into the air I went. I looked at what was present now the Stark Building as it became a memory. I faded into the sky and decided to take a nap. After all there wasn't anything I could do the navigation system was taking me there on its own.

I fell asleep and dreamed of seeing my friends again.

I woke up and it felt like we were crashing. I started to panic but when I looked outside and saw Percy and Piper panicking I started to calm down. The only thing was I was coming in hard and I might break the deck. Annabeth came out and saw me looking through the glass but must have been thinking the same thing I was.

I got very close to the deck and I was very scared of breaking the ship. But Frank came out and started to turn into who knows what. He flew into the air as a dragon? And gave me a safe landing

I came out of the Deadly Fish Tank and was greeted by everyone.

"Leo, are you okay!" Piper asked me.

"Whoa, dude what is this thing?" Jason asked.

"Leo, your back!" Hazel yelled.

I laughed. That was awesome! "I'm fine. Thanks for saving me by the way Frank." I said to everyone.

"No problem." Frank answered softly.

"Leo, what is this?" Percy asked me while he examined the Deadly Fish Tank.

"This is the Deadly Fish Tank. I'll explain everything when we get inside. Also do you guys think we can take a trip back to New York soon? I have a friend you guys should meet."
