Tobbi walked out of the casino with a small huff of irritation, lifting his hand to wipe the blood off his face, only to realize it already dried. He looked up at the sky, which was almost pitch black at this point and started to make his way back to the hotel he had been staying at.

I guess that could have gotten a lot worse. Tobbi had a small smile on his face as he reached towards his back pocket to see if his trick actually worked, and it did. The pocket where he put the $1 from Gabe had been filled with the rest of the cash the man had on him.

Tobbi stopped walking and found somewhere to sit out of the way of other people before looking through the money. After finding a somewhat comfortable place to sit at the side of the road, he took out the money and started counting.

$72, this man was ready to waste all this cash, I'm kind of glad I took it. Tobbi thought to himself, shoving the money back in his pocket and continuing down the sidewalk to his hotel.

At the entrance of the hotel there was a fox guy who looked to be searching around a crowd of people only to be unsuccessful at finding who or what he was looking for. Tobbi decided to investigate, looking closer at him, he could easily see that the guy he was staring at was another card, but his clothes were tattered and worn down. To Tobbi's surprise the guy looked to be in a cheerful mood, which encouraged Tobbi to walk over to him.

"Hey there, I'm Tobbi, what are you doing out here dude?" Tobbi asked casually, holding a hand out for a handshake and hoping he could start up a conversation with the guy.

"Oh, hey!" The guy responded warmly and shook Tobbi's hand, "The name's Kayo, and I was looking for my friend, she was supposed to reserve a room for us at this hotel cause of the Conference." Kayo pointed a finger behind him at the hotel. Tobbi nodded and smiled before patting Kayo on the shoulder in reassurance.

"Tell you what, Kayo, I can do you one better, come with me." Tobbi started leading the way into the hotel and Kayo followed happily and curiously behind him.

They entered the hotel and almost instantly there were a few employees who flocked over to Tobbi both in worry and relief as they looked him over to make sure he was okay, and eventually they all left back to their stations after he had calmed them all down. Tobbi looked over his shoulder to direct Kayo's attention.

"My family owns this hotel, I have a room on the top floor that I'm staying in while I wait for the Conference." He informed, looking forward again and walking over to a fancy elevator that had just opened with people walking out of it.

Kayo followed quickly, his mind being bombarded with questions that he didn't want to ask Tobbi yet, but he kept quiet and let his mind race. When they got to the room that Tobbi stayed in they both looked around from the doorway, Tobbi with a content look on his face and Kayo with absolute wonder.

"This place is so big, and just amazing!" Kayo gushed over how great it felt to just be there. Tobbi smiled and walked over to the bedroom, quickly looking over the clothes that he brought with him, deciding against letting Kayo borrow them, then headed back out to the main room.

"We should get you some new clothes, you need it." Tobbi stated.
