That's my mood music that I always play before a rodeo. I'm a barrel racer, and my fastest time is 8.7 seconds. I'm trying to get to 8, and I know that that is a BIG push and the world record, but hey, it's the least I can do, considering my archrival, Maia, holds the record at 8.5 seconds.
(AN I dunno if this is a real record or if racers can get to this time, considering I don't own horses, or get to watch barrel racing a lot, but, whatever.)
Anyway, it's the day before the Houston Rodeo, the biggest, most public rodeo in the world.

My dad is the owner and manager of the HR, and we take pride in breaking records here.
I'm in my favorite outfit, a loose purple-ish tee with As You Are, As You Were, A Memory on it in a triangle with a black tank underneath and jean shorts. I have on my #3 out of 10 pairs of cowboy boots on, white ones, and my Phiten Titanium necklace in white and black that I wear everywhere, and a Nike gym sack, my preferred choice of purse. I don't wear any makeup, I think it, like fixing your hair, is a waste of time which should be spent either on rodeo practice, chores, or eating.

The contrast of me is my best friend Jennifer. J takes forever on her hair, like 10-30 minutes, at least 30 on her makeup, and an hour on her outfit each day, even though we live in the middle of nowhere, Jantown, Texas, 20 miles outside of Houston. Today she is wearing a white skirt with neon pink leggings underneath and a loose white tee with a pink owl on it. She has a crossbody purse in neon pink on, and strappy sandals with pink and orange/yellow straps. For jewelry, it is her pink pyramid necklace and pink and yellow bangles. Then for her makeup, she is wearing pink eyeshadow, a mixture of bronze and pink blush mixed together, black mascara-waterproof, pink lipstick, and pink nail polish and her hair is is tight spiral curls. How do I know this when I hate fashion and makeup? Answer: she tells me. Everything. Everyday. Sometimes it's really boring, but now it's starting to get more fun because she's in a trend where she wears all of one color. Today she looks like a neon pink lightbulb!

Hey, I'm Layton Tennisyn Caghler, that's pronounced Caller, and I'm a barrel racer. I gave everything up to barrel race, and one of my best friends, that's now an ex-best friend, a prissy girl, beat me to it. I live on a ranch in Jantown, Texas, which is 20 miles outside of Houston and pretty much the middle of nowhere. We- my dad, my brother Hayden, and I- live on the huge ranch and operate the Houston Rodeo together. Tonight is the Rodeo Championships, and if I get 8 seconds racing, then I hold the record in the Grand Championships! Anyway, I'm blonde, have blue eyes, and I'm Irish, but I talk with a strong Southern accent. I hate makeup, and my hair is always in braids. My best friend is Jennifer Macy Hahl, that's pronounced Hall, and I love her to death, even if she is boring... that's enough about me.
It got late, me doing nothing, and then I decided to tweet.
