Chapter 1

*cry of a baby*

I quickly rubbed my eyes and hurried to the bedroom. Poor Nathan must be having a nightmare

*sings a lullaby*

"Goodnight baby Nathan" I whispered kissing the baby goodnight, I took a deep breath and tried to relax my muscles. Its already late, how come Ethan is not here yet?

He couldn't be that busy right? Its already 1:45 am.. Yet.. His still not here. I looked at the table where I prepared our dinner I was about to blow out the candles when I heard the door knob twist.

*bang*

Drunk.. Completely drunk.

"Honey, where have you been? Its already morning" I calmly said while removing his jacket since it was cold outside and the winter gets colder at this hours.

"It's nwane of your businez woman, get ahway from meb" He answered and stood up

*sigh*

Keep it together Nathalie.. Just this once and I'll never do it again in the future

"Hey Ethan what are you doing? You should get some rest, I know your tired" I asked while staring at him who was rummaging his files, it took a moment of silence before he began to speak a word

"I want to divorce you" he seriously said with no emotions written on his face nor his tone of voice.

Divorce? But... Its our 2nd anniversary Ethan.. Wait no, its already morning. Yesterday was our anniversary yet he never came.

Does he even love me?

Who am I kidding he is trying to divorce me..

"Ethan your drunk, go to bed" I said avoiding the topic, I don't want to divorce him.. I don't want Nathan to have no father, I don't want to be a mother without a husband..

I tried to go near him but he stood up and stared at me

"I don't care about you Nathalie so please stop telling me what to do! Your a complete whore that's why we have a b-" He yelled

*baby cries*

"Ethan!" I yelled back at him in anger and rushed to the baby. I patted the baby back to sleep and gladly Nathan slept easier, I then walk outed of the bedroom to see Ethan wearing back his jacket.

"Ethan.." I called him out in a tone where he can hear me yet not too loud to wake up the baby.

"Get a life Nathalie, I'm going out with Cassy" he said and slammed the door.

Going out? At this time???! Is he crazy?? Call me stupid but I love my husband, there's no way I'm letting him go around the streets in that situation! And there's no way I'm letting him meet another girl! I am his legal wife!

I followed and ran to catch up to him, gladly I did... I hugged him from behind so he won't ever go..

"Ethan, please don't be unreasonable.. Your drunk, I can't let you g-"

*slap*

....

"Fuck off Woman!" He yelled

Alright that's it I'm not an idiot.

"What is wrong with you?!" I yelled back at him

"What is wrong with me? I don't f***ing know! So please stay away from me you whore!"

I slapped him without even thinking, his expression were much scarier than before. I mean what woman wants to be called a whore?! I ran away to our house leaving him. I don't care what happens to him, I don't want to get hurt..
