Angels Cafe is like the Wing Stop in Texas; not mainstream, but pretty popular and known for the good reputation of their food.
Scenery of the building brings a feeling of comfort, nice dark wooden brown tables accompanied with nice black leather seats.
Booths are of a deep maroon color, adding contrast to the manila colored tables. The amount of people primarily depends on the weather and nothing else; if it’s sunny (Which it normally is), then the restaurant will be full; if it’s rainy (Which is quite rare), then the restaurant won’t be as busy.
The clock strikes 4:25 so I clean and wipe down the table that I reserved for Alex and his crew. I wonder if they're all nice like him. I also wonder if they'll think I'm cool. haha... chill Elizabeth.. just be yourself and you'll have new friends in no time.
I snapped out of my thoughts because I heard the door open and saw Alex coming in with 3 other people, I guess someone wasn't able to make it.
He looks around so I walk up to him and welcome him with the slogan that I HAVE to say to each and every customer: "Hello, did it hurt when you fell from heaven? Because you look like an Angel and you need a place to sit and enjoy some food!" He looked at me confused and I just started laughing. "I have to say that when I work." I whispered to him and he nodded, with a little chuckle.
"Oh, Austin couldn't make it because his cat Romo is sick and he's trying to take care of him." Alex told me. "Aww I hope Romo gets better, I couldn't bear my cat Rukia getting sick, she means so much to me" while I say that I think, we'll get along quick since he likes animals :), he's a shoe in to be my new friend.
"Elizabeth sweetie, where do we sit??" A nice woman asked me, Austins mom. "oh my gosh sorry, I reserved y'all a table over here!" I pointed to a pretty big booth in the corner.
"Thank you so much sweetheart, by the way my name is Michele and I think you are a nice young lady :) I wish Austin was able to meet such a beautiful and sweet young girl but Romo is sick." She is so nice, I wish I had a parent like her, Austin must be really happy with a mom like her. "haha thanks:) I'll probably get to meet him someday since I'm friends with Alex."
So they all take a seat in the booth and order drinks and since it was almost closing time, it was basically empty so I got to relax and I got to know more about the crew.
So there's Alex, Robert, Zach, and Austin and they're all best friends, known as the foolish four, Alex told me to look up "Austin Mahone" on youtube because he's known for his singing, and Robert and Zach kept joking with eachother by blowing the straw paper on one another lol.
After they all ate and everything, we said our good byes and I helped close down work for tonight. I went home really happy since I wasn't socially awkward around a group of people for once.
I took a shower, put on my pjs (which consists of a random t shirt and some shorts or sweats), and put my hair down.
I laid on my bed and I got on youtube on my phone and searched Austin Mahone. I scrolled through and found a music video for a song he named "Say Somethin". I watched it and ahh I was attached immediately.
I copied and sent to link to Victoria because I KNOW she would freak out because I just know she would. I stood up until like midnight watching his videos and thinking about how we have some things in common. I LOVE PIZZA. I LOVE CATS AND OTHER ANIMALS. I can't sing or dance but it's fun to try lol.
So now I have a goal to be friends with the cool hazel eyed boy named Austin Mahone.
Don't ask why I make goals to be friends with people, I'm probably the most awkward person you'll ever meet. haha I'm awkward like that random aunt who wants to gossip with the younger kids about living thses days.
I slept and I've never slept so peacfully in my life. I usually have the same nightmare that is causing me to get paranoid where my parents come looking for me and try to kill me for "leaving them alone with the burden". But I didn't have a nightmare tonight and I hope I never do anymore.
