This is an AU where there is lots of homophobia and lots of homos. Get out of here if you don't like that don't hate on me and my community. (edit: rereading this sounds like Imma homophobe, I'm not, but the main character is faced with much homophobia from the closest people around her.)
Now that all the haters are gone, let's get into this story. This AU is a soulmate AU where if your soulmate is singing, that song gets stuck in your head. Like if character A is singing, then their soulmate character B would have that song stuck in their head. In this case, my character Kennedy, is singing and her soulmate, Ella is just moving into the big city of San Diego, was at her new school, she meets Kennedy.
