They watched the stars from the poolside. They watched as comets flew past and even when the rain lightly poured down it didn't stop them from enjoying their last moment together before Chase must leave to become part of the Elite Force. The continued to watch the stars as they held hands, wanting this moment to become an endless dream in which they can escape to every day.
"That's impossible" laughed Maria, her hand squeezing his hand tighter. She eyed him and watched as he smiled, how his eyes shined like the stars above them.
"Well nothing is impossible, not really" replied Chase as their world seemed to only be focused on them and only them. "Not when you have is entrenal love" he said, taking one good look at her before he kissed her again. He loved the way she looked and how she was so kind to him, so patient and so filled with life. He wished he met her sooner. To believe someone like him would be in lvoe with someone like her, someone who didn't care about what others thought but just loved because they want to. She fell in love with him through time. It took awhile for them to get their emotions though but they managed it. They always did.

The Academy was celebrating, it was loud and proud of what they have accomplished. But it was also a moment of tears both happy and sad but nevertheless, the family never died.

"Do you have to stay?" Asked Chase sweetly, his heart and mind focused on Maria's face. She laughed in reply.
"Do you have to leave?" She replied back kissing him on the lips. They kissed before being broken apart by someone else in between them.
"Okay love birds break it up" Leo had squeezed in between splitting their profound emotions a bay. The two laughed as Chase took Maria's hand and twirled her around as the music blared in the background. They danced until it was all over too soon.

"Come on Chase, Mr Davenport doesn't like to be kept waiting," said Bree, her figure leaning against the Hydroloop.
"Okay... please write to me. Text me... just remember me" he said kissing her on the cheeks.
"I promise, and I want you to promise to do the same," she said wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling in for another kiss.

Their display of affection was short-lived as the call of a very impatient Davenport is at the rising. For Maria, the feeling of love had been so new to her, that it was a part of her that had been missing for such a long time that as the doors to the Hydroloop closed, she heard a buzzing on her phone and through tears he heard his voice through it. His voice declaring his love knowing that it could be a long time before they could see each other again. That they could hold each other in the others arms and how a moment together without any interputions. That in the end, their love never really left, it never truly died, it just needed a break and that's what it was. She listened to his voice and noted how sweet it was through the tears. How she listened to every word his said and for once, she truly felt alone again and once in a while as though he was losing connection through the tunnels, he never stopped, he never did.
"I love you, I will always love you" he said, trying to speak from his heart and not his mind.
"

I love you too" she whispered but it was a little too late as the connection was cut and Chase and Maria was now cut off from each other but the memories are never gone, they will see each other again, they know it.

In the hydroloop, Chase tried to call again but it wasn't enough. It was no use but even when he wanted to go back to her, to want to tell her that he wanted to stay he couldn't. It was too late to change his mind.
"Hey, calm down she will be alright. I can promise you that, just don't worry and don't stress. Look at this way, she was the one who told you to join. To encourage you to be a part of soemthing incredible. So make her proud" said Bree trying to encourage her brother that his love life is going to be okay. And to be fair, he hadn't had any much luck finding a girl that would actually love him. They're secret was out and girls are all over him but he was committed, he loved Maria even when she didn't want to be in the spotlight. Maria didn't want to be in the limelight, she watched from the sidelines but when when she stayed away from the celebrity staus, Chase loved pulling her in, kissing her when she wanted to and she would kiss back.
"I understand but I hope your right, I hope that doing this would be worth it, for her" he replied back as he waited in silence checking his phone to see if anything came up. Nothing. There was no new messages. He was worry, yes but it made him feel desperate so he put his phone away. He just wished she was okay, that she was safe and happy. That nothing could come between them and that no matter what happens, their love is strong that what would happened next would be a test for them, to see if their love for each is true, that everything they shared was true love, strong enough to push away any other boundaries. But will their love ever be enough?

Back in the Academy, Maria was called in for a misson but she knew she wasn't part of the team, she couldn't do what they do but Adam insisted. That in the progress he told her what to do and just as he got in, the roof of the basement was collapsing, it was caving in.
"I can't hold on any longer. Please... Gosh I can't... Aghh!" all communications stopped. They couldn't hear her any more through the ear peice. They heard nothing.
"Oh gosh! Adam quickly" Leo screamed as the other students races to see what the commotion was about. By the time Adam removed the remaining rumble he found her. Her body in his arms. Limp and unmoving. All they could do now was pray for a saving grace to save her because she was important. She was all they had. She was family.
