It's just over ten o'clock when violent ringing woke up Tyler to an unusually cold bed. "Josh, " his voice was more of a restless groan. His ears sensitive to the sharp tone narrowed over at his vibrating cellphone. He sat up, the covers falling at his waist and his bare chest exposed to the cool morning air. He looked down to his side, the sheets creased, leaving Josh's imprint. The phone balanced itself in the air, floating over to the palm of Tyler's hand.

"Hello?" Tyler rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, his sock-clad feet hitting against the wood panel.

"Hi yes, this is detective Joseph?"

His eyes widened. He didn't know why but he deepened his voice, like that were to make his voice more authoritative. "Er, yeah this is he. Is there uh- is there something wrong?"

"Chief Ryan asked for you down at the station. It's urgent."

Tyler nodded his goodbye towards the others. Noah waving his hand over at the tall brunette as his wide strides took him towards his destination. His hand hovers over the doorknob as he turns around toward the small group of teenagers talking amongst themselves about God knows what.

"You haven't seen Josh have you?"

Finn pointed towards the backdoor just as Billie entered the room with a plate of last nights baked ziti courteous of Jenna. The black-haired boy smiled proudly. "He's working on his water-bending skills in the back."
Tyler did a double-take, mouth slightly agape but just decided to nod his head in agreement. He hasn't seen Josh work with water in— well, never. He's only heard stories from the other.

"Josh?" Tyler called out.
The sound of rushing water lured him to the river not far from the house.

The man in question turned back quickly, drenched in water with a weak smile on his face. "Hey, Ty." His fingers were stretched out to the water, a stream flowing up into the air as if one with Josh, whipped violently in the air as with his movements. The bark of a tree dented and splintered at the impact of the water whip.

Tyler quirked his brow. "That can really do some damage."

"Yeah." Josh sighed deeply. "You have no idea." His hair lessened from its royal blue and allowed the water to splash back into the river. He turned back towards Tyler, curious as to his intentions. "What'cha up to?"

"Ryan called for me down at the station," Tyler informed as Joshua allowed his body temperature to rise so his body was dry. The brunette's eyes focused with interest on the steamrolling off his body. "Said it's urgent."

"And you still believe them?" Josh said incredulously. "After what your brother said? Warned more like."

Tyler rolled his eyes "He's not my–"
