Praying is always a good thing to do when your happy,sad,or just want to pray for other people. When I pray I'm always praying for my family everyday because we are going through a rough time, but God will be there for me and my family.
Praying to God will help a lot because your giving your problems and handing them over to God to help you and get you through your problems. God will be there for you every step of the way. He will pray for your problems as well and wants to help. When I'm sad, I love to read the Bible and it makes me happy.
