Matthew was the typical nerd.

Always big, dorky glasses on his freckled nose and the shirt tucked in his jeans.

A straight A-student, who rather read a good book than spent his precious time at some skater park.

He was a real sweetheart and literally loved by the whole neighborhood. Known as the kind boy or the guy, who would help lil' old ladies cross the street.

Tall and skinny. His blonde hair always neatly combed and his voice deep and calming.

Jessy was a lot different.

Antisocial, sassy and not even daring to care about school.

Most of the time she wore ripped skinny jeans and comfy hoodies, but not a single dress or skirt would be found in her wardrobe. She rather wore her old Doc's than those girly heels like the girls at her school.

If she didn't like someone, she showed it carelessly.

Her parents would try to hide their daughter whenever the neighbors would show up but it was helplessly. That girl wasn't really unknown.

Short, dark hair always hidden under a beanie and two eyes as blue as the sky.

Two teenagers as different as the other.

None of them paid attention to the other in school nor in other places. It was like they've never seen each other face to face.

So what happens when Jessy has to visit the library for some project?

And what happens when Matthew is there, too? 

Maybe Matt could teach Jessy how to be more kind and how to act around others. He could help her at school, if she only allows it.

And maybe Jessy could show Matt how to actually enjoy his life. She could tell him about all the funny sites in life, if he only listens.

Hi, people. That's gonna be my first story here and I hope you like it. Also I don't know, if there is another story just like mine. So tbh I didn't copy anything cuz I didn't even read so much stories here.
