Rules of the dome

To Chloe Phillips,
      these are the rules of the Chicago dome as an adult.

Rules

1. All citizens must return to their house by curfew.

2. Curfew is at 9pm, unless you are in the hospital or have special permission by the dome officials

3. All citizens at the age of 18 must attend the matching ceremony. This will be held twice for any who did not get through first time.

4. No leaving the dome

5. All workers should be at work by 8am no excuses apart from illness. Any illnesses must be reported immediately

6. All students must be at school by 7.30am

7. Workers and students must get to the train station at 4pm (the train will only come round once)

8. ABSOLUTELY No hanging about after work hours

9. Specially chosen meals will be delivered to your house at 5pm by dome officials

10. Free time is allowed but only in your specific neighbourhood

11. No stealing, killing, bullying in any way also never purposely hurt yourself

12. No citizens should talk or communicate with the matchless in anyway

13. NEVER love another citizen again once you have found your match. Apart from family.

Failure to comply with these rules will end in punishments. The more severe the crime the more severe the punishment.

Punishments

1. Strike system- three strikes over your entire life-your out of the dome

2. Get thrown out of the dome straight away

3. Food limited

4. No choice in what job you choose

5. Be branded matchless-meaning that you can't go to ceremony and be matched

6. Being matchless passes down the family

The dome is meant to be a safe and secure environment for all citizens, I hope you understand the meaning of these rules.
