Yugi Muto vs PaniK part 1

Meanwhile, Yami and PaniK went to each sides of the stadium and faced each other, prepared to duel. 
"All right, Yugi! No problem. Show PaniK here how we deal with thugs like him!" Joey cheered Yamu on. 
"Kick his ass, Yugi!" Jill cheered Yami on as well. 
"Yugi, huh? Must be my lucky day. Pegasus has promised a generous bounty to the eliminator who defeats you. I wonder. Think he'd throw in some extra cash for inflicting bodily harm? Not that I wouldn't do it for free." PaniK taunted. 
"Ha! You better start thinking of other ways to make money, PaniK. Because after I get done with you, not only will you be out of some star chips, but you'll be out of a job." Yami scoffed, as he boldly had his arms crossed. 
"Whoever said I was an eliminator just for the money, Yugi? I've made enough cash to have retired long ago. But I won't quit because there's no better thrill than breaking weak Duelists like you. So get ready, Yugi." PaniK taunted again, before he pointed his finger at Yami with determination. 
"I'm about to take you into a world of hurt!" 
"I won't be bullied by the likes of you, PaniK. I play with my heart. That's why I'll always win against your type." Yami shot back. 
"You've never faced my type before. When I'm in a match with someone, there's a lot more to it than sheer dueling strategy." PaniK scoffed. 

Yami's eyes lit up, so he asked, "Meaning?" 
"PaniK's ruthless, Yugi. He had me totally terrified!" Mai called out, as she answered Yami's question for PaniK. 

"That's right, and she's not the first either. We eliminators have built our career on stalking weak players like her, and strong-arming them into dueling us! You see, when you're as good as I am, you learn to appreciate the hunt as much as the duel itself. And now I'm gonna take you down just like I did Mai!" PaniK taunted, before he laughed. 
Jill just shook her head and clicked her tongue while her face held an unimpressed expression, then she murmured to herself, "I don't like that guy's attitude. He reminds me of my brother." 
Yami just smirked and said, "I see how you work, PaniK. Sneaking up on unsuspecting duelists because you haven't the courage to challenge them face-to-face!" 
"Watch your mouth, you insolent cur!" PaniK fired back. 
"True Duelists fight with honor and respect, not the underhanded tactics of a poacher." Yami stated, boldly. PaniK glared at him. 

Then Yami held out his hand as he gestured to his dueling glove that carried star chips and continued, "And to prove it, I wager all the star chips I have to win back Mai's." 
"It's a deal." PaniK agreed, before he held out his hand and gestured to his dueling glove that carried star chips. 
"If you win, I'll give you all eight of her star chips. The bet makes no difference to me." 
"What do you mean?!" Yami asked, in disbelief. 
"What I mean, little Yugi, is that when you duel against PaniK, you're putting much more than just your measly star chips on the line, much more!" PaniK taunted, as Yami's legs were now restrained with chains and fire began appearing in front of him! Yami did whatever he could to protect himself from the fire. 
"Yugi!" Tea called out, worriedly. 
"We gotta get him out of there!" Joey exclaimed.
"God, that guy really is a crook!" Jill shouted, angrily. 
PaniK just snickered as he watched Yami struggling to protect himself, "What's the matter, Yugi? Hmm? Can't take the heat? Well, get used to it, because you're strapped in for the long haul."
"Turn it off, PaniK!" Joey snapped.
"Yeah, cause I'm gonna arrest you for that!" Jill chimed in. 
Mai gasped when she saw the fires surrounding Yami, "PaniK used those on me too." 
Jill's eyes widened when she heard Mai say that, so she turned her head to face her as her face was filled with sadness. Then she turned her head back to face the duel and trembled angrily as both her teeth and fists were clenched. She hated PaniK so much, she just wanted to arrest him immediately for his crimes. Bakura obviously noticed her anger, so he gently touched her shoulder. Jill's eyes widened when she noticed a hand on her shoulder, and she slightly blushed when she noticed that it was Bakura, so she slowly turned her head to face him as her face began to soften a little. Bakura just looked at her gently, reassuring her that it'll be okay.
