Lucy's POV
The month of May is simply beautiful and I absolutely love it. But it also means the school year is coming to a end soon. Meaning finals and then prom and graduation and soon after my wedding with Natsu. Our dad's have been having fun planning it and getting everything taken care of. They of course want it to be perfect and have taken great care in everything.

"Natsu. We settled on the beginning of July to get married right?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Well, truth is I got so worked up on everything I forgot something very important....our birthdays. Mine is in the beginning of July. So I was thinking we can get married after?"

"Mine is too Luce. Mine is July 7th."

"Mine is July first. So how about we get married on the 10th so that way we are both 18?"

"Sounds good to me. Let's tell your dad." He says with a smile and holds out his hand for mine. I take it and we head to my dads office.

"Dad. We have something to talk to you about." I say shyly and he looks at me funny.

"Ok. What is it?"

"We want to change the date of the wedding. We, umm. Kinda. Overlooked our birthdays." I say nervously. "We got so excited we completely forgot."

"It happens sometimes. I've forgotten my own birthday before." He laughs. "Ok. So change it to when?"

"July 10th. My birthday is the first and Natsu's is the 7th so we decided on the 10th. That was we are both 18 when we get married."

"Perfect." He says with a smile. "I'll be sure to make all the necessary changes. I'm glad you guys pointed this out."

"I'm glad Luce remembered." Natsu chuckles. "I wasn't thinking about birthdays either."

"Now we have to worry about birthday and anniversary presents all in a span of two weeks." Lucy giggles

"I'd shower you with gifts everyday Luce if it meant showing you how much I love you." Natsu says softly and kisses my hand making me blush.

"I don't need gifts. I just need you." I reply shyly while blushing.

"Ok. Out of my office with your lovey dovey cuteness." My dad says while laughing and shooing is out making us laugh.

We go back to my room while laughing still and sit on my bed. We hang out in my room for a while before being called to dinner. As we ate with my dad we talked more about the wedding and the question came up of where to have our honeymoon at and if we should have our own apartment when we return.

"I think a tropical honeymoon sounds amazing. Like to Hawaii or the Bahamas or something. I also like the idea of having our own place when we come back." I tell them and watch Natsu's face light up

"I love those ideas. I pick Hawaii because I'd love to see you dance in a grass skirt Luce. You'd look even more beautiful."

"Only if you wear one as well and dance with me." I giggle and he smiles and nods his head yes.

"Alright and your own apartment. Leave that to me and Igneel. Between the two of us we can cover everything and make sure you guys are taken care of until you both finish college." My dad says and we look at him shocked. "Don't worry. You guys will still be provided for until you are ready to completely detach. Remember we will be merging the companies as well and we need you guys prepared to run such a large business successfully."

"You're right dad. We should enjoy being cared for while we can because it won't last forever." I sigh and Natsu nods.

"We have a long and happy future together Lucy and we need to be sure we can take care of ourselves and our future children whenever we have them." Natsu says softly.
