Chapter 30

Maggy's POV

I did it. Oh my god how great could I possibly be?! I stared at my reflection and I just couldn't help put on a small smile on my lips. But then my phone started to vibrate signaling me that a message just came. Good Morning sexy. Have a good day at work. and after reading the message, the small smile on my face couldn't just be any bigger.

"and what the hell were you thinking going around kissing OUR Liam?!"

I faced the 2 gays, namely Rowie and Jules who just came out from the cubicle. Wait! Why the hell are they using the girl's comfort room?

"and what the hell were you thinking going around entering the girl's comfort room?" They were both left with an "o" shaped mouth with my comeback. Well? I'm right right?

I walked out of the loo and head towards my table.

"Hey Margareth" I looked at the guy behind me who just said my name..my complete name! "uh--hi" I answered awkwardly with a fake smile on my lips.

He walked me to my desk and gave me a piece of paper before finally walking to his own desk. Okay.. This Patrick guy is weird. Why would he-
I saw you and Liam.

Liam's POV

I waited for a reply from Maggy but didn't receive a single one. She's making me upset. Then suddenly, my phone rang and i just couldn't help but answer it immediately without looking who it was. I know it's Maggy.

"Hey there Love" I said.

"Hi Babe. How's your day?"

the smile and excitement on my face turned down when I heard Sophias voice on the other end. Of

course.

"uh- i'm okay. just chilling with the lads" I answered back. I badly want to drop this call. I want to tell Soph about the deal i had with the management. I can't handle this anymore, specially when i finally know that what Maggy and I's feel is mutual. Damn!

"--would you like that?" I didn't pay attention to her. Shoot!

"uh- what would I like?" I answered innocently. I heard Sophia sigh on the other end and repeat what she said. "I said that I'd stay with you tonight since I don't have anymore time with you"

No.No.No. I'm okay.

"yes. that's okay. I'll see you later bye" I dropped the call before she could finally say something. I am sure everyone will leave the house once they know who'd be here.

"Lads! Sophie will come over tonight!"

They all looked at me in horror.

"i..uhm..we will go to the.. the mall. we will watch movie!" Grace answered in behalf of everyone.

See? I told you they will leave.

"I knew you'd say that guys. hahahaha!"

"-with Maggy" Grace added. Damn! Can i come with them?

"Oh. okay" I said just to cover my now jealous face.

Maggy's POV

I was busy tge whole day I didn't even have the chance to send a single message to Liam. But then, I know he's doing fine.

"Margareth!" I looked up from the paper I was staring at and saw Patrick. Of course he's the only one who calls me that.

"uhh- yes?" I smiled.

"Would you like to grab lunch with me? It's 2:30 in the afternoon" I widened my eyes and grabbed his wrist to look at his watch. 2:30? Seriously? I was that busy? Hahahaha! Wow :D

"Yes of course" I stood up from my chair and grabbed my purse and phone from my bag.

We both walked outside the establishment and settled for the nearest diner we saw. He pulled the chair for me and I just can't stop blushing. Dammit! Stop flirting around Maggy!

"thanks Patrick" then, he turned to his side and sat on his chair. He took the menu and called the waiter.

"What'dya want?" Patrick asked.

"meatball spaghetti would be fine thanks" i answered back. The waiter list it down and so as to Patrick's order which is the same as mine. Then, the waiter left us alone.

This is awkward.

"so" He started. God! I hope he doesn't speak anything about what he saw.

"Liam and you" Of course that's what he'd say!

"uhm. let's just please not talk about that" I said.

"yeah. I just want you to know that I know you were sober when you kissed" I almost dropped my jaw. Was he listening to Sophia and I this morning?

"You were.."

"yes I was"

I swallod the lump on my throat and looked at him intently. He's a freaking mind reader my gosh!

"of course you're with him"

I turned my head around to see Liam and Sophia together. Buuurn!

"yes. I didn't expect to see you here Sophia I thought you never want to eat in cheap diners like this" Patrick answered for me.

"Well, Liam wants to be here so I guess i'd try this diner out" wow! so Liam is the boss?

I looked at Liam and saw jealousy on his eyes. oh shoot. it's not what he thinks!

"well soph i think i dont want to be here anymore. let's go somewhere else" then Liam walked away before Sophia could complain.

"somebody's jealous" Patrick said as he continues looking at them as they head out.
