*.BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP*. 'Ugh~' I mutter, I slam my alarm, it goes silent, I stare at my ceiling for a while then sluggishly get out of bed. I slip my unicorn slippers on and trot out of my room. Once i'm in the living room I realise that I forgot to wake Serena and Nelle up. So, I walk silently up to Serena's room. I knock once, there is no reply, I knock again this time blurting out into the silence 'Serena?', there is still silence, so without anymore hesitations I open the door. I see her lying on her bed with her phone in her clutches, she seemed to be watching fan-fiction, aGaIN... 'Serena...' I say sarcastically. 'What?' She replies looking away from her phone screen. 'we have school... remember?' I answer. 'Eh, tell the teacher i'm sick' she replied, (turning back to her phone screen) Alright, don't blame me when the teacher moans at you for being absent for 6 days in a row all for different reasons' I mutter turning around to walk out of the bedroom.
Surprisingly when I knock on the door Nelle opens it in a happy manner. *.She smiles at me.* and i smiled back 'Nelle, can you try and budge Serena out of her room and of that fan-fiction?' I sigh. 'I'll try' she said 'alright i'll go make breakfast' I say. I then walk a fast pace into the kitchen with my slippers squeaking every step I take. Once breakfast is ready I place it on the table and shout 'Nelle, Serena breakfast is ready!'. Almost instantly Serena pops her head around the corner of the door, and cautiously walks over to the table grabs the food, mutters a thank-you and trots out of the kitchen, soon after I hear her bedroom door slam shut again.
.*FLASHBACK TO SERENA'S PAST.*
I was walking to my locker to grab my books, I after slam my locker shut to see Keston leaning on a locker two feet away 'Keston, h-hey!' I stammer, 'Hey~ Serena' he says winking at her. 'Heh I better get to class see you!'. she replies while blushing. 'See ya!' he said
*.Months went on and I serena and Keston started to become great friends, and that escalated onto having feelings for each other. So one faithful day I admitted my feelings to him, he replied with nothing but I see a smile spreading across his face and a few moments later i'm leaning towards him my face getting closer to his then just as I think my lips are about to touch his, he puts a finger on my mouth, I open my eyes, he leans back 'oh serena' he starts, 'if only somebody actually loved you~' he said in a dark voice. As he gets up and leaves me standing motionless I felt not sad nor angry, I felt empty and embarrassed, and from that day I got rejected I have never shown any emotions to boys.
