It wasn't Nico's fault.
Well, that's what he said.
"A llama. " Percy said, baffled. Nico nodded. "A therapist llama, " He said sagely.
"Seven demigods must find -, " The llama bleated. Annabeth immediately stood. "What was that? " She asked. The llama said nothing. Instead it quietly laid down on the table.
"Let's discuss the matter at hand. Quentin, your descendant has gone crazy? " Chiron directed the question to Nico. Nico nodded distastefully. "Sadly yes. We don't know why. "
"Possibly the fact Nico has about 20 different potions in his room? " Jason muttered. Nico glared at him. "How do you know? " Jason didn't respond.
"Well, let's just get on with the-" Chiron said.."Seven demigods must find new knowledge
Of a force no lesser than chaos
Must find the girl with the missing wedge
And perform the unbinding seance
Daughter of Wine will lead the ride
And hear the ones who abide
By laws so twisted and a path led west
Most would need to have a deal with death
Lives on line they'll prevail
And see the story that's their tale
But I never said it would be easy
A life is gone, a stake to the heart
An easy way out right to the hearth
The hearth unknown the hearth is death
And three shall take their final breath
The savior ironic for they never made amends
And they'll say, this is the end" The llama bleated.
The demigods stared at it. "Oh yes, that's the news. A new prophecy. " Chiron said dryly.
"You will be traveling to Goode high. That is where most of our suspects for being the daughter of wine is. You understand? " Chiron said. That was the 5th time. They all nodded..
"You have unfortunately been blessed by the rest of the council to have your apartments paid by them. " Mr. D snapped.
"There is a mist layer or so placed around Manhattan, which takes a lot of energy. I'm sure Hazel knows that. In order for it to be intact throughout the quest all you guys will have to keep remaking it. Mist lessons begin today, as you'll leave tomorrow. " Percy pumped his fist. "Yes! I finally get to know your secrets. "
"I'm sure you know what will happen if you don't succeed. But, anyways, you will have to grab extra weapons incase it's too late to get to camp. Bring a sword, dagger, a pistol, spear, etc. " Chiron said. Leo looked puzzled. "Pistol?" He asked. Chiron nodded. "A choice some take. ""Now off to bed, long day tomorrow. "

The demigods decided to look around after moving in the apartment. There was some neighbors, but they didn't talk to them.
Leo was pointing to a small fair thing on the beach, and started running. He met heads with a girl with curly dirty blonde hair. She looked up at him. Her face was heart shaped and her eyes blue. "Huh? Oh hi. Sorry, didn't mean to run into you. " She said, no sincerity in her voice.
She ran over to a booth, where a girl was waving. The demigods watched her leave. "Oww." Leo said. His nose was red.
"Strange girl. " Percy commented. Annabeth smacked him. "Percy!"
"Let's look around. " Piper suggested. They all nodded and started looking. Leo went with Hazel and Frank, and soon got into a bet with Frank about who could draw better. They had Hazel be the model, and soon it was obvious Frank won.
Piper, Jason, Annabeth, and Percy went together. They went through booths, weaving in and out through the crowd. Soon they all got to the booth where Strange Girl had went to. It was an art booth.
Artworks of strange creatures and depressing girls stared back at them. Annabeth gingerly picked up one. It was a picture of two girls, who were fighting. One girl had an expression of anger, and she didn't look like she was going to win. The other had sorrow, and sadness.
"How much would one of these be?" Percy asked. The girl came over. She had long black blue hair and Korean features. She wore a tank top and shorts. "Well, about 10-20 dollars for a regular printed piece. We do commissions, and requests sometimes on our Etsy, and Instagram. You can check us out, Indian Scandal Art. " She wrinkled her nose at the sight of Leo. "Excuse me, you uncultured swine. This is an original, one that goes for about 105 dollars. I'd appreciate it if you take your crusty hands off of it. " She said to Leo.
He did.
"Now, if you all would like to buy something, stay. Otherwise leave because I need the money and support from other people who might actually be worth my time. " Annabeth pointed to a picture she had been looking at. It was of a girl, with long black hair and bangs. She was smiling, but had a thought bubble above her head. I'm not fine. Let me die. A waste of space. If I die that's money saved. He lied. Good enough for nothing. Ugly. Stupid
The girl looked at it. "Are you sure? That one doesn't sell very well. " Annabeth nodded. "Ok, just give me 10 dollars. " The girl sighed.
After hand in over the money, Annabeth looked at the price tag. "Hang on, I need to give you 10 more dollars. " The girl declined the money Annabeth gave her. "First time buyer, just keep the money. "Later that night as they were all in the living room part of the apartment Annabeth stood up. "Guys, you know the girl who insulted Leo? Did anyone look closer at her? " They shook their heads. "No, but I saw a glimpse of.. Maroon." Hazel said. They groaned.
"Maybe later. "
___________________________________________First day of school was hectic, to say the least. Leo had gotten up in the middle of the night to make coffee, and Piper had been in the living room watching sappy movies. They both got no sleep.
Jason and Percy, who shared a room, were both people who slept through their alarm. Putting on wrinkled t-shirts and shorts, Percy looked unclean and like he just rolled out of bed. Jason put on a crisp clean shirt with shorts, Jason at least looked decent.
Hazel, Annabeth, and Piper shared a room and Annabeth had been up all night drawing and writing to certain lines of the prophecy. Hazel looked like death when she woke up, she had been certain something would happen, and nothing did, which kept her wide awake. She only screamed when seeing Frank the pug in her bed.
Frank was Frank.
So they all had to get down the stairs, go to the cars they had (Percy's was a blue five seater, Annabeth's was a grey truck.) and hopefully not be late.
Sliding into the different homerooms, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Annabeth was in one with Leo, Piper, and Hazel. She shot occasional glances at Leo and Piper as they caused havoc. Hazel was just quietly conversing with Annabeth.
"Damn it! " Annabeth muttered. "Messed up the pattern. Was it ABBAC??" Hazel smiled at Annabeth. "I believe it was ABBABBA. " Annabeth shot a grateful glance at her. "Thanks."
Meanwhile Percy was with Jason, and Frank. Frank was watching Jason and a Percy get pelted with dating pick up lines. Oh, the girls did too, but they were just ignoring it.
"For the last fucking time, they don't want to date you! God, Chenille, take a hint. Then again your brain might be too small. " In came their savior, a girl with long black blue hair and tan skin. When looking close at her, you can see acne scars, and bruises.
Her figure was short, but her whole demeanor was: get away, I don't care bout you. Her glasses hid her eyes, which could be seen as brown. Her clothes were a Jean jacket, spaghetti strap top with stripes, and black leggings. Her shoes were black Nike's.
Chenille, the brown haired bimbo, sneered at her. "Think you have a chance, freak? " The girl rolled her eyes.
"Please, the only freak here is you. " She said.
Chenille grimaced. "I wouldn't be so sure, Poky. "
Poky's smiled faltered. "Where did you get that name from? "
Just then the teacher came in. "Chenille sit down. Just because your only in here for another year after this doesn't mean you own the school. You too, Onna. " Percy snickered. What kind of name is Anna, like Elsa and Anna?
"(Oh-na). " Corrected Onna. Oh. Percy didn't make a sound after that.
___________________________________________They all had lunch together, and sat down near Onna. Onna was their main guess, but there was also Chenille, as she reminded Percy as Mr.D.
"Chenille is too perfect and pretty. " Hazel said pointedly. "Mr. D is way too disgusting. "
Annabeth nodded in agreement. "Definitely. I mean, her personality is trash, but she's way too pretty. "Onna didn't know who the new kids were, but she didn't want to seem rude. She scanned the cafeteria, then found their table. She walked towards it.
Annabeth watched from the corner of her eye. "Oh look, here she comes. "Leo had to get a drink of soda as he couldn't stop laughing from Percy's expression.
Oof here ya go))
