Cyko x Phantom

Book 2 Chapter 3: Convo. Part 2

"Cyko...I'm marrying Kilios~!" After hearing the name announced, Cyko's jaw dropped and his head nearly exploded! "Kilios? As in the guardian? As in the fastest thing alive?! How? Wouldn't he be too fast to be in a  relationship? Doesn't that take a lot of time?" Cyko asked still trying to wrap his head around the topic.

It was hard to believe that someone like Rose would be marrying someone like Kilios, because they're complete opposites, right? Right! However opposites are known to attract. Kilios brings out the wild, fast side in Rose, and she brings out the calm, slow side in him, which was unbelievably there.

They had been together for quite sometime now, even before Monica and Rose were a thing, but back then, they were only close friends. Now, it is clear to see that they are much more than that. It had became so popular that people were making fan art for them doing sweet, cute, lewd, and dirty things.

Cyko wondered what the true cause of Monica and Roses break up was. They were tighter than Phantoms butt whenever Cyko clapped them cheeks. Suddenly, a familiar voice called out from behind them and they both turned around quickly. Cyko had just turned his head around, and somehow in .2 milliseconds, Rose was already kissing her husband to be.

"Kilios! What's up man?" Cyko said getting up and sharing a friendly handshake with a guardian. They all started talking about the wedding plans, the date, food, guests, and all. Kilios already asked Blaze to be his best man, and he asked Cyko to be in the wedding, which he gladly accepted.

"I should get going guys" Cyko said stretching and making his way towards Phantoms home. He had so many things on the mind until he completely forgot about the coffee shop scandal. He made his way through the door, up the stairs and too their room to get quite a surprise.

Phantom was out of bed and nowhere to be found. "Phantom?" Cyko called out, but no answer. Suddenly, he readied his weapon and started to search around the room. He scanned the bed, walls, checked under the beds, in the closet, and on the balcony. No Phantom.

Then, a door opened quickly from behind Cyko, causing him to jump and turn quickly to whatever opened the door. It was Phantom! Coming out of the bathroom in his robe and a towel on his head. 'Why didn't I think to check in there?' he asked himself. Phantom was in the process of drying his hair when he saw Cyko, blades ready and all. 'What was he going to do with those blades of his?' Phantom asked himself.

It was a long and awkward silence of stares until Phantom broke the silence. "Where have you been, mister? You look like you've seen a ghost" he asked walking towards the closet. "Well your name is Phantom after all" he snickers. Cyko gave him, his story of where he was. Talking to Charlotte, Rose and Kilios and he stopped by the coffee shop to get Phantom some breakfast. Minus Kaio.

"For 5 hours you were talking to friends and getting breakfast for me?" Phantom asked in a confused voice. Cyko was good at lying, but something made him feel off whenever he had to lie to Phantom.

"Yes. Especially when Rose and Kilios started talking about their big day and wanting me to be in the wedding and such. Oh, speaking of plans, Phanny there's something I wanted to ask you about one of your fellow DJ's."
"What is it?" Phantom asked, tilting his head a little.
"You and Vinyl are friends right? Do you know when he'll be back in town? Charlotte is a smitten kitten for him~"

Phantom chuckled and started to think. "Vinyl should be back in maybe 4 to 6 months."

"46 months?!" Cyko said with his jaw dropping. "No silly 4 TO 6 months" Phantom replied, correcting him.

Cyko giggled slightly embarrassed and handed Phantom his breakfast and when Phantom got his breakfast, he was quite surprised when he got his food. When he opened the bag, expecting to see 2 glazed donuts, he found 2 wheat donut, and he did not like wheat donuts at all. He handed them back to Cyko and traded it for the coffee, and to his surprise, it was the coffee he hated the most. Black coffee.

"Cyko this isn't like you to get the things I don't like.. You know I hate wheat and black coffee. This is not like you to mess up." Cyko sighed heavily and slightly irritated when Phantom said all those things. He was irritated because he knew he messed up big time and ordered Kaio's donuts and coffee instead.

Phantom, slightly upset about the mix up, grabbed his phone and looked at it, as if he were scanning for something important. Suddenly the room gave off a ghostly and dark atmosphere, and that normally happens when Phantom finds something wrong. Cyko could tell. Then the rooms atmosphere went back to normal.

'What the hell just happened?' Cyko  asked himself. Did something happen to Vinyl? Did he know about Kaio?? What happened? "Phantom?" Cyko asked in a concerned tone. Phantom was stuck starring at his screen. What happe-" he was cut off by Phantom.

"Before you talked to Rose and Kilios...where were you?" he asked not breaking the stare from his phone. Cyko was lost and confused about this question. "What do you mean where I was? I was talking to Charlotte." he replied with the irritated tone becoming more clear. Phantom laid his phone on the bed, right side up and sighed heavily.

Phantom stood up and walked towards him, and looked him deeply in the eyes. He seemed as if he wanted to cry. Cyko held him close and swore he talked to those three only. He rubbed Phantoms back and was surprised when Phantom returned the gesture. He thought he was going to push him away or slap him for lying.

"I think I need to leave now.." Phantom said backing away from Cyko. He quickly walked out of the door, and down the hall. Cyko stood there and was so confused. Suddenly he had the idea to look at Phantoms phone, and what he saw, made him regret leaving the house that day.

Sorry this chapter is late everyone. I just got back from my grandmother's house and she doesn't have Wi-Fi so I wasn't able to publish this, even with her hot spot on.

I hope my darlings had an amazing Christmas and enjoyed this chapter and I hope you're ready for 2019! Just a few more days and 2018 will be over...Jesus...it doesn't even feel like 2018 was here that long. Time is going unbelievably fast nowadays..
