Sandra's POV
It's been a month since Mario moved to Munich. And for that month, I've been keeping Marco company. He's been a wreck, and Mario and I are the only people who can help him.

It was the 23rd of November, and today was a derby match. It was Bayern Munich vs BvB tonight. Marco was selected to play in the starting lineup.
I called Mario to make sure he was set. "Hey Marco!" I greeted.
"Hallo!" He replied, I could see his smile through the phone.
"Are you set to go Marco? You sure you have everything you need?" I query. I've been doing this for the past few months, since Mario had moved to Bayern. He regularly visits, and although he is here at least twice a month, I could still feel the realization sinking in. The past few months have been tough. Not because my younger brother was gone. But because I had to take extra care of Marco. Although I'm one year younger than Marco, I've felt like I'm his mother.
I have always been the responsible one out of the three of us. And now that Mario was in another part of the country, my responsibilities have gone to a much bigger scale.
"Yes mother. I've packed everything I need for tonight's match this morning." He replied, chuckling.
"Good. You're free to go Marco. Good luck. Be there soon." I end the call. It's gonna be one good derby.

I watch as Bayern dominate possesion. The opening half was nothing but missed chance after missed chance. And now they had another great chance. Muller crosses it. Towards Mario. The ball rolls on the grass of the pitch before landing at the feet of Mario. He takes the shot right after he traps it with his foot. And it hits the back of the net!
GOOOOOOOOAAAAAL! I hear the crowd around me, a mix of Bavarians and Die Schwarzgelben go wild. I see Mario put his hands in the air, not celebrating after scoring against his former club.
The rest of the second half was Bayern Munich scoring twice. Both goals appearing in the late 85th and 87th respectively.
Both sides congratulate each other for the job well done and shake their hands. Red and yellow mingle as both sides smile as if nothing happened.

I knew Marco was upset and that he always seems distant when he thinks. I insist on driving, because my head was screwed on straight. "Marco could think all he want" I thought to myself. Sighing, I start the car up, and we drive away.
I comfort Marco while driving him home. Throwing things like "Oh you played great" and "Bayern played well too" at him. But I knew I was getting nowhere. His beloved team had been beat down by rivals. League rivals. Rivals where his best friend and my younger brother played for.
The car ride was akward. It was just me battering him with words of comfort to cheer him up, with nothing coming out of his mouth.
Finally we reached his house and it was time for me to say goodbye for the night. We entered his doorway and I hugged him. It was always something we did after he comes from a game.
I feel his muscles retract as he relaxes into my embrace. "Finally, you've stopped thinking." I joke around. Not really trying to add insult to injury.
We end the tight embrace with Mario looking at me. His eyes gleaming, as if they were glass.
He said something I couldn't pick up. Probably because he's whispering to himself. I raised an eyebrow. "What?"
"Stay the night. For me."
