Chapter two- Project and party

Reeces POV

"We have a new kid?" I ask Sunday with a curious expression. She nods her head and I let out a smile, "Omg a new addition to the group hopefully!" Sunday shakes her head opens her mouth to speak, " actually Ree its a boy..." I nervously smile and ask her" What's his name?"

"OMFG I hope he's cute I want a man- why did you two get so lucky?" Annie butts in our conversation. We give her a smile and we all start laughing. " Seriously though, Sunday you have Jamie an absolute gentlemen who freakin adores you and Reec you got a ducking promise ring from your boyfriend you've had for months who's madly in love with you! And I got left with nobody! God why does god hate me!!" Sunday and I are in hysterics at this point and Annie eventually  joins in.

"I mean Annie I'm available if your interested?" We turn our heads to Eli who's snapping his fingers at Annie and winking at her. We start laughing and Annie thinks of her response,

"I'm actually good thanks Eli but I'm thanks for the offer?" He nods his head and walks down the hallway with us trailing behind still laughing.

"So did you guys hear Ruels gonna be on the project tonight?"

Ruels POV

I've just touched down in Sydney, finally home. I stop by the departures gate and talk to some fans before texting Reece and my family to let them know I've landed and I'm ordering an uber to the channel ten news studio. Where Nate greets me and I get ready for my short segment on Australian Tv- something I've done before but never this big. To say I'm nervous is an understatement.

"Welcome to the panel Ruel!" 

I rush on with a huge grin on my face.

"Thanks for having me guys.." I begin as they start to ask me questions.

Reece's POV

"You were so cute!" I say to Ruel as he comes and takes a seat next to me at the party, he's just arrived back from the studio, picked me up and here we are. 

"I missed you" He says to me as he buries his face into my neck, I let out a small giggle and kiss his head, " I missed you too bub" he takes his head out of my neck and plants a kiss on my cheek and I smile like an idiot. We sit for around an hour or so together socialising with people who come and go, I then tell Ruel I'm going to have a dance and he tells me to have fun, so I peck his cheek and take off.

"Reef over hereeeee!" I see Mary scream as I make my way onto the dance floor to join her, as I get there Mr.Brightside stars pumping and we all jump and dance together, I turn my head to see ruel smiling at me and I blow him a kiss and keep on dancing.

Half an hour later I'm lying on the grass outside looking at the stars with Katie. We sit in a comfortable silence until I heeled her ft up, " I have to pee- I'll be back!" I nod my head at this no close my eyes for a few seconds until I feel a new presence next to me.

"Miss me?" I hear a familiar voice ask and I crane my neck to see who's talking to me- only to see the one and only Samson Gray. I scoff, " what the fuck do you want?" He sniggers and scoots closer to me, " Want, but I don't want anything can't I just have a normal conversation with you?" I look at him dead in the eye, his eyes are golden looks of honey with golden flecks and I feel drawn to him. He starts moving in closer and just as his lips are a centimetre form mine I sit up. " Not happening! I'm in love with Ruel so can you please stop trying?" He sits up next to me and places a hand on my arm. " I'm sorry but I can't- I want you Reece and I'm not going to stop until your mine" I roll my eyes at his comment and stand up, " I will never be yours and I don't belong to anyone, thank you very much! So leave me the fuck  alone so I can go find my boyfriend who's given me so much love and support!" I turn on my heel and start walking when I feel his hand clasp around mine, before I pull my hand out of his grip with my promise opal ring from Ruel slipping off onto the pavement. I stop and Samson picks it up, " Is this?" He asks me, " Yes it's a promise ring as I would like it back please" he slowly nods his head and hands it to me, then I walk back as fast as I can to Ruel.

I find Ruel in the kitchen talking to some chics from another school, they're heavily flirting but he's not being flirt back, I keep watching until i see one of them place their arm around Ruel and whisper one thing in his ear then I'm sprinting to him and smashing my lips onto his. I kiss him roughly and he kisses me back. I pull away and smile, "Miss me?" I ask him, "You have no idea!" He replies with a chuckle. I take Ruelby the hand and we leave the party and start the short walk back to my house and when we get there we let ourselves inside, run up to my room and slam my bedroom door shut.
