She pushed him harder right now. “nahihibang ka na ba Jonah, we just meet…” she tucked her hairs on her ears.
Magulo ang buhok nito. “we already met long time ago” he smiled with such pretention. “huh, Jonah I don’t want to
start anything with you. So please, move. I want to go back and you- you should go back to your office, I’m sure
everyone is looking out for you.”
“nope they wont, I told them I had a date with my girlfriend…” nang iinit sag alit si May sa narinig niya. napaka
hambog naman niya para sabihing girlfriend niya ang kasama niya ngayon. And besides hindi niya nga siya nililigawan.
“what an a**hole, excuse me ex mona ako Jonah. We broke up!” “we didn’t broke up officially May. we just needed to
take a break and I am still your boyfriend…” “oh- shut up, with your daydreams were not getting back to each other.”
Tinulak nito si Jonah para mabuksan niya ang sasakyan nito. Agad naman si Jonah na bumukas ng kabilang pinto at
pumasok sa kanyang sasakyan. Gulat na gulat si May sa kanyang ka angasan.

kasi nga naman talagang nakatulala lang siya kay Jonah. Maya maya pa ay nagising na siya, “nope” pinaandar niya ang
kanyang sasakyan. “akala ko bibigay ka na, pero kailangan ko pa palang mag work hard.” Nainis naman si May sa
kanyang pinagsasabi. Halos sa gitna ng highway nag aaway sila sa loob ng sasakyan. She still can’t believe that he was
riding her car. Halos gabi na ng makabilik si May sa office pagod na kasi siya.
Kaya naman dumiretso na siya sa kanyang condo. Pero si Jonah parin ang puro insist, hindi niya talaga
papakawalan si May. Sa sobrang pagod ni May, hindi na siya nakipag away sa kasama nito. Nakaka stress lang talaga
si Jonah na kausap. Maya maya ng makarating na siya sa pinto ng condo nito. Naka sunod parin si Jonah sa kanya.
Tiningnan niya lang ito at kinausap ulit. “Bakit ka naka buntot sa akin Jonah? Umuwi ka na.”
“I still need to make sure that my Girlfriend is safe.” Inirapan niya lang ito. pagbukas niya ng pinto, nauna pang
pumasok si Jonah sa loob. Akala niya bahay lang niya. “so you live here, nice place May” konting konti nalang
mapupuno na talaga si May sa kanya. Pero pinapasensyahan niya lang, kasi nga pagod siya at ayaw niyang ma stress
sa kasama niya. He seen it all she must be living comfortably. Nice room and a nice place.
Only thing that has been changed about her is her heart. She doesn’t seem to be at herself. She was lost all through
those years that they’re not been together. After niyang iniwan si May, he still hopes that he will get back to her. He knew it right from the moment they saw each other again. He saw it in her eyes. She was scared but at the same time
curious about him. “So what about Matthew? Is he still around with you? does he still loves you?”
May eyed him with a fiery anger in her eyes. She obviously does not want to talk about it. “Of course he still loves
me he is my bestfriend” she talks so innocently about Matty. She know that Matty still loves her more than what she
asks for. For all those years that they have been together he was the only friend that remains true to her. She didn’t
wonder about the things that happened in between the two of them. But for sure only Matty was true to himself and
all about his feelings. “So I guess we will see each other again May. I don’t want to lose you again so I have taken this
opportunity to be with you. I am so sorry for what I have done. I am so sorry for leaving you behind. But there is one
thing that did not change about me is what I feel for you.” he bid her a last hug and left her staring on her door.
May missed him so much. But she didn’t show her feelings. She was afraid to be broken again. To her he was the
first love of her life. He meant everything to her. Her life was running in circle without him. Remember in high school
wala na siyang naging ibang boyfriend kundi siya lang. Gusto pa niyang malaman ang lahat ng nangyari. Kung bakit
bigla nalang siyang nawala. Naalala niya pa lahat ng pinaggagawa niya maka get over lang siya kay Jonah. Sinamahan
siya ni matty sa lahat ng oras na nangungulila siya sa boyfriend niya. She remembered how painful it is, and how tragic
was their lovestory. She remembered the pain when bella was left behind by Edward in a twilight series. Ang dami
niyang iniyak bago siya maka get over sa kanya.

Biglang nag beep ang cp ni May. May si Matty sa kanya, “Are you home na?”
Tiningnan lang ni May. And then again nag text siya ulit “Are you okay May? you haven’t texted me this whole
day. Where are you?” napaisip pa si May kung ano ang ire-reply niya sa bess niya. “I saw him today, Jonah”
Pagkareply niya maya-maya pa ay tumawag na si Matty sa kanya. “hello” aniya “May okay ka lang? may sinabi ba
si Jonah sayo? Magsalita ka naman kung ano ang nangyari kanina sa inyo”
“Alam mo bang nagbalik na siya?”
“yes I do,”
“but why did you hide it from me?”
“I was just protecting you from getting hurt again May.”
“well done Mr.Matty. he came back for me. and he says he want me back. Can you believe it for what happened
in both of us? I mean ang tagal na noon Matty bumabalik parin ang sakit ng feelings ko.”
“well do you need a company tonight? I might come over your place. Lets talk about it.”
“okay” mahinang tugon nito.
