*Soon after Harry leaves Elaine at the funeral*

I fall to my knees. It felt like my entire world just slipped through my fingers. All I could do was cry, and watch him walk away; just like in my dreams.

I lie back on the tree and cry. Time escapes me. I laid there for possibly 10-15 minutes. Then someone comes up and stands over me.

“Funerals are always tough.” The person says.

I look up at the person. They’re  face looked vaguely familiar, but I was too disoriented to fully recognize.

“Come on, get up Elaine.” He orders. The guy grabs my arms and helps me to my feet.

How does he know my name? We’ve obviously met before. I look at him closely. He was wearing a navy blue suit and a pair of aviators. He had long brown hair that was brushed back neatly.

“Do you remember me Elaine?” The guy asks.

I racked my brain but I can’t seem to put a name to the face. He takes off his glasses and I finally see his deep blue eyes.

“I’m Louis Tomlinson. We met at Des Styles Christmas party.” He says formally.

Oh, now I remember. It all came back to me now. He was the guy that thought Harry and I were a item. I guess he had good intuition.

“I remember you.” I say wiping my tears away.

“Good, good. I was hoping you could help me actually.” Louis said locking his arm into mine. He lightly pulled me so that I could walk with him. Arm in arm. He slowly led me towards a large black Cadillac.

“Help you with what?” I ask flatly. I don’t want to deal with anybody. I can’t help any in my current state. I don’t even know how to help myself.

“I actually came here to discuss something with my good friend Harry, but I can’t seem to find him. Do you happen to know where he is?” Louis asks me with a sly smile.

As we get closer to the car we stop, he turns to look at me waiting for a reply.

“No, I don’t know where he is.” I reply sadly, as I’m reminded that he just left me.

“Now when you say ‘you don’t know’…” Louis pressed. His expression gets serious.

“I mean I have no clue where he is. He’s gone.” I took a deep breath. To easy the lump in my chest.

Louis looked at me irritated for a moment.

“Very well then.” Louis says smoothly. He quickly puts his aviators back on that covers his stunning blue eyes. “You’ve been of help to me. Good girl.” He gives me a wicked smile that unsettles me.

“Good bye, Elaine. I’m sure we’ll be in touch.” He says before getting into his vehicle.

“Bye.” I reply softly a little confused. What was his deal?
