This work of Historical Fiction is based on real historical events. The events that took place within the story are inspired from World War 2. The characters depicted within the stories are all fictional; although most are based on real-life personalities. Before reading this I suggest the reader to conduct a moment of silence to commemorate the British, Indian, New Zealander, Australian, French, Polish, Canadian, American, German, Brazilian, Italian, and German troops and servicemen who have fought and died in this war. War is a horrible thing, and although I have not witnessed any of it without the support of media, I admit that war is the most inhumane thing mankind could ever do.
This story is dedicated to all men and women who have fought in wars, and those who have died in them.
