(I really do enjoy it. ANYWAYS,, Uhhh most of the exciting stuff in this chapter was brought to you by Bob's own mind, so kudos to her for being the epicest friend ever)
Bob smiled. her friends were all talking and laughing, waiting in line for the "tunnel of mutual respect"
It used to be the infamous "tunnel of love" but nobody was really going on it because who actually does stuff like that? Anyways, at one point someone went up to the top of the tunnel entrance and changed the sign so that it read "TUNNEL OF mutual respect" with the mutual respect part sloppily written with white paint. The carnival workers decided to keep it, because more people started going on, and they even changed the stuff inside to be more 'friendship' related.
Kaminari walked up behind Bob while she was thinking about this, sneakily creeping closer so she wouldn't notice. He had seen Bob standing by herself and decided to go over and and make her be a part of the action.
Kaminari hoisted her up and threw her over the crowd of students, yelling "Were PlaYING CATCH" Bob made an unholy screeching noice as she flew in an ark, realizing she was the object for 'catch' ing. She landed briefly in the arms of Iida before being launched right back into the air, still screeching.
She was tossed to uraraka who threw her up so high it took almost a minute before she came flying back down. She was laughing now, knowing that her friends cared and were not going to let her fall. She was passed to Tsuyu, then Kirishima, Mashirao, Mina, Bakugo (it definately took a minute for this one) and finally Todoroki. SHe landed in his arms with a small thump, her eyes closed tight, expecting to be thrown again.
When she wasn't, she opened one pupil and was met with Todoroki's. He smiled-no- grinned(??) and then winked at her. Winked! Bob was still flabbergasted when he cocked his arms back and then said "catch her if you can~" before chucking Bob up at the perfect angle.
This time while flying through the air, Bob wasn't screeching. She wasn't laughing either. She was silent, replaying the wink over and over again in her head. What did it mean? She was aware that her face was probably extremely red, and thanked Todoroki for throwing her so well, it gave her time to calm down.
she realized that she was quickly decelerating and panicked for a moment. What if nobody can catch me in time, what if I hit my head on the ground, what if- she stopped moving downwards. realizing she must have been caught after all, she hugged her savior tightly screaming thank you's left and right. She looked up and made eye contact with a flustered, slightly tired looking Midoria.
Midoria smiled shyly at her. "its no problem, I don't want my friend to get hurt!" he exclaimed setting her down. most of the other people in their group had caught up and were catching their breath.
"how did...you go...so fast?" Krishima asked between pants. Midoria shrugged, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. "I just pushed off the ground with my legs when I saw she was falling and bam! I caught her." He said meekly, trying not to look attention seeking.
"well luckily, our extreme game of catch scared off everyone in line, lets go!" Mina yelled, turning and running bak towards the ride, which looked to be a long distance away.. The others followed a bit less enthusiastically, still tired from running the first time. Mina never seemed to loose her energy.
The ride had slightly circular boats that fit 6 people in the seats that wrapped around the inside perimeter of them
