Ceremony of Sins

Today was the day.

The day that Taehyung had to put his best foot forward... or at least his sexiest foot forward, and convince the currently reigning Sins to appoint him as Lust.

Taehyung knew what he had to do.

And he knew he had to do it well.

He swallows hard as he was led down a pristine white hallway, leading to the large amphitheater where he ceremony and competition would be held.

The competition being that of Taehyung and 4 other boys chosen as candidates for Lust.

Taehyung walked down the hallway, two guards on either shoulder, viewing the backs of the other 4 contestants heads.

They're all so handsome.

More so than me.

No... no you can't think like that...

You have to win.

For Taeyeon.

For yourself.

Taehyung took a deep breathe and continued pacing, his chosen ceremony attire flowing gently.

The clothing given to all 5 boys earlier was a creamy white, made of what seemed like silk, but softer.

It fit a little baggy and flowed gently with any movement.

Taehyung thought they all looked sort of.. ethereal in it.

It's like a dream.

I wish it was a dream.

Finally after what seemed like hours of walking, they reached the end of the hallway.

Slowing to a stop, the guards all walked behind the 5 males.

They stared at them and then proceed to make hand gestures as if saying, go ahead... move.

The boys all shared a look and started out the wooden door at the end of the hallway. (I feel like I've said hallway 1 million times)

They walked in single file, Taehyung at the back.

Taehyung started once again at the backs of their heads and realized he didn't recognize a single one of them.

It's not uncommon.

People chosen as candidates for Sins aren't supposed to be well known anyway, unless your a descendant of a previous Sin.

I'm certainly not well known...

well...

At least not with the kind of people anyone would want to know.

Taehyung blinked rapidly as the bright sun hit his eyes.

As his vision cleared he could see the seats of the amphitheater were practically overflowing with people.

But they weren't looking at the 5 contestants.

They were staring a a large stage in the middle of the theater.

The stage had 6 throne like chairs on it, all facing the boys.

Taehyung gulped

Sitting in the 6 chairs were the Sins.

Taehyung had never seen them in person, or even had access to a picture.
