"Alex, it's coming."

"WHAT?! NOW?! Should I call your grandma?" Alex seemed very distressed, but not nearly as much as Rose, holding her belly as if in pain.

"No, don't call her. Just get a taxi or a bus. I don't care what, I just need to get to the hospital now. Instantly, Alex found the nearest bus stop and waited and waited. It had been almost ten minutes before the bus came, at which time Rose was almost ready. Getting on, they both headed for the nearest seats at the front, out of breath.

The hospital was fairly quiet when both Rose and Alex entered. Neither of them decided to call family to help, because their only option was Rose's grandma, who would probably be fainting even at the thought of her dearest granddaughter having a baby at the mere age of fifteen! Alex seemed fairly fearful himself, constantly muttering under his breath, "It's gonna be ok," over and over again. Rose wondered why she didn't feel so anxious herself - she was fifteen (the youngest out of Alex and her) comparing to Alex's age of sixteen. He has only a month to go until he would become the age of seventeen and Rose had a few before she would turn sixteen, yet he was way more stressed out than her. Maybe it was the prospect of becoming a father, or more importantly, the father of a child whose mother was one of the most famous models.

"Alex,  I'll get through this. We'll get through this. Together, ok?" Rose gazed into his eyes as the midwife arrived, a smile on her face. Even Rose could tell that this smile was fake; behind it she was just as nervous as anyone was. Screaming, squealing and yelling, Rose regretted her desicion instantly, wishing she could go back to the night of the party and change it all, but she couldn't. She knew she couldn't. It had already happened. She now had to face the consequences.
