the clicking noise of the turn signal was the first thing i herd when i opened my eyes, it took me a moment to realize that the car was upside down, looking around i remembered the smell of gas, the sight of blood, broken glass and a flashing yellow light into the darkness of the car, and the feeling of being scared and of pain.
When i opened my eyes it was cool and dark, I felt the breeze through my toes and the texture of the grass on my bare feet, i did it again
Walking down the hill like i always did i tried to remember why i walk here when i am asleep
I tried to close the door quietly so i wouldn't wake my brother or my girlfriend, i didn't like them knowing when i leave the house.
my brother lives with us because of the accident to make sure i am OK, from that day from time to time i would leave the house and walk to a hill a block away from my house and always wake up after calling for my father in the dream, that is the only part of the accident i remember so clearly
