THE NEW KID

"Damn it, why me"cant you find someone else to do this. "No you are the best match to be his buddy, its only for a month dallon" i was in the middle of talking to my principle about budding up with a new kid from Arizona.I doubt that he would even like the fact that he has a buddy but whatever i gotta do what i gotta do.

"Isn't Brendan or what ever his name is supposed to bee ere already" i ask Ryan, he replies with "I don't know man" . Well that helped, then i got called down to the office my classmates whisper i wonder what he did this time. I guess you could say i got in trouble a lot,i didn't get along with many people but i guess this is why i was pared up with this random kid, to fix my problems I guess.

So I'm expecting this normal nerdy kid but when i walk in i see a normal kid, well he did have some suspenders and a bow tie but other than that he looked pretty normal.so i talk to him learned that is name was brendon not Brendan so that was good, he was in all the same classes as me and took band not art. My first impression of him was kinda like a bachelor but he looked sad, even depressed but i let it slip and gave him a tour.

I showed him the bathrooms and our classes, next it was lunch i let him sit with me and my friends cause I didn't really have a choice he was my buddy.I found out he was really awkward, he barely said anything to my friends at the table. The only words i heard him say were "I'm sorry" and "when is lunch over".

After lunch we had health he was supper weird in that, but i just laughed at him with my friends. I know what your thinking, wow your such a bully but when you think about it why did i have to be nice to him, he was just another weird kid at my school. I think i was given 'tis kid so that I wouldn't be so mean but I didn't think it would work.

A couple of weeks went by of me dealing with brendon and laughing and telling him to figure it out on is own. But then one day he came to school with tears running down his face, for the first time i felt worried about someone i felt like I needed to run over there and that's what i did. I ran faster then I've ever run before. When i got there I don't know why but i gave him a huge hug

I think he could tell that i looked concerned so he looked over at me and said "its nothing". I let go of him and ran to the principals office, this was the first time i was trying too get there.I barged in yelling " SOMEONE HURT BRENDON, IM READY TO KNOCK SOMEONE OUT" I broke out into tears and ran back to him.I looked everywhere until there, i found him. I hugged him and whispered into his ear "its gonna be ok I'm here"
