Talented

1- Intro.

I sat there at the end of my bed trying to start my first song, I had been trying to get atleast the chorus of the song for a while now, but truthfully writing was hard.

I tapped the end of my pencil causing a little beat making me sing the little almost no lyrics that I had to my song..

"Let me see you put your hearts up, yeah.. Let me see you put your hearts up, yeah.. If we give a little love maybe we can change the world.. Change the world.."

I smiled at my unfinished lyrics. I've always wanted my first song to talk about the positive change I wanted to make in the world, who knows.. Alex and Baylee are my best friends, Alex was a guy and Baylee was obviously a girl. The only awkward thing was that I had a crush on Alex and and he ended up confessing he had a crush on Baylee. That was probably the worst heart break of my life.. Haha no kidding!

I slid my little red lyric notebook that had nothing but unfinished lyrics, in my guitar chest, which Baylee and Alex got me this on my 12th birthday they saved up because only those two crazy kids know my "talent". I've wanted a guitar since I was 9.. Got it when I was 12 and I haven't set it down ever since. I'm currently 15 on to turning 16 this month.

I uploaded this YouTube video of me doing a cover of Demi Lovato like two months ago and since then I never checked youtube again, truthfully I was scared. I was scared to look at myself get 100 views and all the comments being negative. I was scared to fail.

I looked at my screens notification from Twitter.
"Who is this?" I smiled weakly.
I unlocked my phone.. Verified user on Twitter? What.. Must be a mistake but I followed back.
"@shawnmendes sent you a message"
"What?" I said in confusion.
I read the message as my eyes grew wide and I began to cry..

A/N: In this story basically 'Ariana Grandes' music is violets music.. Violet is the producer of these songs and Ariana's songs are listed as violets under this book.. Does that make sense?
