Nice To Meet You

Prepare for a cringe chapter, I mean, I already suck at coming up with dialog for the boys but now it's their mom, whom I know even less about. So this is an apology ahead of time for cringey dialog and most likely some false information. Also, I found this other band, Weather's, and I think they could be this week's new band obsession. This song is amazing! (Comment: do you guys actually listen to the music I put on here?)

I pulled the bandage off of my skin as Remington and I both admired Zoe's handy work. She does really good free handed. "So, have you thought about what you're going to do now that you and Fallen are no longer a thing and your shit's still at her place," I asked, turning to face him.

He looked me in the eyes, "no, I haven't even spoken with my brothers since Fallen and I broke up," he said and I smiled.

"Well they're sure going to get one hell of a surprise when they find out about us," I said, laughing. "The fans too."

"They're already guessing, I posted a few pictures of us on Instagram during our 'escape trip'," he said, smirking.

"Well, do you want to pay them a visit," I asked and he nodded. "Then let's get dressed." I pushed passed Rem and walked into my room. I grabbed a giant Falling In Reverse hoodie and a pair of black leggings and quickly changed into them. I then pulled on my leather boots and turned to face Rem.

He put on his clothes from yesterday since his clothes were still at Fallen's. "Alright, let's go get a lecture from my mom," he said.

I choked on my spit hearing his words, "your mom?" His mom? I haven't met her yet. Oh god, I look like complete shit.

"Yeah, I just got a text from Emerson saying that she's there," he said, scratching the back of his neck.

In the two or three minutes that it took me to change, he had already texted Emerson? Holy shit! HIS MOM!!! I coughed a bit, "your mom!?" I squealed out.

He raised his eyebrow at me, "Ronnie?" He stared at me for a few more minutes before a look of realization came across his face. He smirked at me, "are you afraid to meet my mom?"

"Well, I mean...," I trailed off a little. "She is the woman who raised the three of you and here I am, just a girl that swooped into your life and beat the fuck out of Chrissa Adams." Oh god, here it comes, the rant about how shitty I am. "I'm the girl that seems like a slut on Instagram stories and has rage fits everytime someone insults her or someone close to her. I'm a complete mess! Hell, Rem, the only good part in my life is you."

"You're the girl that made my life a hundred times better than before. Not to mention you make my dreams worth sleeping for," he said, walking over to me. He grabbed the sides of my shoulders and looked into my eyes. "Trust me, you'll be fine."

I couldn't help but crack a smile when he said that, and he did as well. "Did you do that on purpose," I laughed.

Dropping his hands from my arms he nodded. "I couldn't help myself. But the point is, I love you so my mom will love you," he said. "Now let's go," he added, walking out of my bedroom.

I followed behind him before realizing I gave the girls my car, fuck. "Wait, Rem, I just realized I gave the girls my car," I said and he stopped.

He groaned, turning to face me, "then how are we going to get there?"

"You can take the truck," Aiden's voice said out of no where, making me jump.

I turned around to see he was behind me, holding a pair of keys out towards me. "When did you get a truck?"

"When you were in hell town," he said, wiggling the keys. "Now take them and go, and don't wreck Gabby," he said and I laughed.

"Okay," I said, taking the keys from him and running passed Rem and down the stairs. I went outside and seen that there in fact was a truck, that I didn't see last night, sitting in the driveway.

I climbed in the shiny, black vehicle and started it. Remington soon came outside and got in beside me. "Well that happened," he said.

"Hell yeah it did," I replied before pulling out of the driveway.

************

I walked into the house behind Remington and closed the door behind me, my nerves jumping around like wild. I heard the familiar voice of Emerson and what sounded to be like Lilly, but they were paired with another lady's voice.

We walked into the living room and as suspected, Lilly and Emerson were sitting on the couch, then there was a woman I recognized as Rem, Em, and Seb's mom, sitting in a chair. All of their eyes turned to us and smiles were seen on Em and Lils faces while Rems mom held a stern stare on Rem.

"I told you not to move in with that girl, and look at what you done. And let me guess, your stuff is still at her house. When are you ever going to get some common sense," his mom yelled at him, well, it wasn't really yelling, more like loudly talking.

Remington scratched the back of his neck, "I know."

"Why did you even date her in the first place," she asked, and Remington sighed.

"I was trying to recreate what I have with Ronnie," he said, motioning towards me.

His mom's eyes widened as she looked at me. "So you're Ronnie, I've heard so much about you," she said, standing up and walking over to me. "I'm Stephanie," she introduced herself, going straight for a hug.

I hugged her back, looking at Remington while we hugged, and he was smiling at me.

She pulled away and looked at me for a minute, "you don't look like what Chrissa described at all," she said and I laughed.

"I don't even want to know," I said.
