Miraculous Ball

Chapter 1

She could hear the crowd cheering her and Chat's name out loud. They had just saved the city from another Akuma,( a boy who's team lost the Grand final) and were now celebrating by giving some interviews since they had a few minutes before they were to change back.
" What was the hardest part?"
" Are you any closer to finding out who Hawkmoth is?"
" Are you and Chat Noir going to the annual Paris Ball?"
Now the last question got her attention.
" Yes, actually we are. Why?"
The news reporter looked super excited that she was talking to her.
" The fans of Paris Gossip want to know if you and Chat Noir will be going together?" she said the last part louder as to alert everyone that her question was the most important.
Ladybug blushed. This was going to be hard. She looked towards Chat, who had obviously heard the question as well.
The snobby reporter continued taking advantage of their silence.
" So are you guys a couple? OMG your blushing so hard! I guess that means it's true right? Because like totally everyone ships you guys together! Do you guys know? Have you seen the fan arts,fan fictions...
Just as Ladybug was going to shout ' SHUT UP!',Chat Noir stepped in. Slinging his arm around the reporter the smiled his famous smile of his. This shut her up.
" Well Miss from the Paris Gossip,LB and I will be attending the ball but professionally as you may of heard,but Hawkmoth plans on maybe sending another Akuma thrust meaning that Ladybug and I will need to on the lookout at all times" he ended the same smile.
This convinced her. Just as the other reporters were about to start questioning again they heard a familiar sound.
Their miraculous's beeping.
They had to go. Flying on to the rooftops away from the people they stopped to say goodbye.
" That lady was super annoying" he smirked" very ahead of herself"
Ladybug smiled back," Well thanks for shutting her up"
" Anything for you M' Lady"
She turned to leave when she felt his hand on her shoulder.
" Um about what I said about being professional,that wasn't true. I'm purely going their for fun. And hopefully you to!" He stutted. He was nervous." So um maybe you know, we could?"
" Go together" she finished for him. He looked down and blushed. Then he nodded.
" I would love to" and with that she left flying above the rooftops,Chat watching her untill she was out of sight. All the way home and the whole night after it,Adrien couldn't stop blushing.
