Every year Martin family go on a trip somewhere they've never been. It's always the same date, August 20th. There is no such a reason why that date, they want to do it before Lydia's school starts. This year Lydia's parents picked London. They packed they stuff and on the 20th of August took filght to London. The flight was so long but they enjoyed it. They came in their hotel around 6pm. "For two hours I'm taking you two to resturant!"- Lydia's dad said while looking at watch. That was enough time for them to get ready. For two hours they went in the closest resturant. "So Lyds how do you like it here?"- her dad asked her, he was more excited than her. "It's um..Yeah i do like it, it's beautiful." she said as she looked at one guy sitting alone ordering something. Her heart started beating louder and louder. "Oh God, that's him, oh my God..."- she thought as she recognized him. It was Jackson. Jackson the flirt sitting alone? That's impossible, he must be waiting for someone. That was the last thought she had. But after the minutes past by no one came. "Lydia honey, I am so sleepy, we should go." her mom said without even waiting for her to reply. Her dad nooded and they both stood up but before they could ask her why isn't she going she said "I'll stay here a bit more, I won't get lost, promise." They didn't want her to stay but she was 18, she didn't even have to ask. Her parents left. "Should I say hi, should I just go to hotel and get some sleep and try to find him tomorrow?" Lydia asked herself. She still had his phone number so she sent a message. "Hey, I'm in London!!" His phone rang but he didn't recognize the number and before he could reply Lydia finally went to his table. Jackson's eyes were wide open. He couldn't believe. "L-Lydia? Oh my- Lydia!" he almost screamed, he seemed so happy. They hugged eachother and Lydia told him everything abou the trip. "Why didn't anyone come with you? You used to bring Allison with you." "Jackson.. After you left weird things started happening. I'm more than just a human. Actually everyone there is more than human. I don't know how will you react to this but just let me finish. I had a boyfriend. I don't have him anymore, everyone turned they back at us. They killed him." Lydia's eyes filled with tears. "They wanted to kill me, to kill everyone. And the person who was ready to save me died before me." "No Lydia, look, it's okay if you had a boyfriend. I'm okay with that" "Jackson do you hear me? He died. He isn't here anymore! And the person who was ready to dedicate life for me died too. Allison died!" Jackson wanted to say something. He wanted to scream, but something in his throat didn't let him. He stood, came closer to her, hugged her. "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry" he repeated as he started crying. "I gotta go, my parents are waiting for me. We could talk tomorrow." -Lydia said. Jackson understood that this wasn't right time to talk about it. "Yeah." he said. It was about 3am when she got the message. She was sleeping but she heard it. She unlocked the phone and the message was from Jackson. He recognized her number. It said "I knew we'll meet again."
