~Toby~

Clocky looked at the pamphlet/map and shouted out directions angrily. I knew exactly what she was talking about, I just like to piss her off. "Toby, for the last time...Please take a right when we get to this corner. I don't want to have to circle the block again." Clockwork said with frustration. I finally couldn't hold it in anymore. I started laughing loudly as we rounded the corner. "Ha ha! I knew where to go, I was just playing around Nat!" Her jaw dropped and she smacked my arm. "You jerk! And don't call me Nat!" I laughed a little more before getting on a small road. "Sorry...Natalie. "

I was pushing it...but it feels good.

I glanced over to see Clocky flipping me off. "*gasp* I'm genuinely offended right now." I faked. Clocky chuckled and kissed my cheek as I pulled into an open parking lot. "I'm genuinely pleased that you're genuinely offended. My job here is done. Now, get out so we can have more fun!" She giggled and hoped out of the car. I smiled and followed. Clocky and I raced all the way to our desired destination ...the beach! Clocky stopped on top of a sandy hill that overlooked the water. Seagulls flew high overhead, calling out in their loud caws. People in the distance, sunbathing, splashing around, surfing. The environment was amazing but hey...how often do I go to the beach? "Are you going to stand there, or are you going to continue this honeymoon with me?" Clocky pulled me away from my thoughts. I looked down at her and kissed her softly. "Ewwww!!!" We both turned our attention to the young boy who stood in front of us. I growled slightly and Clocky blushed. "Mommy, these two people were kissing each other! They're gonna get cooties!" He squealed in concern. His mother, a rather large woman in an orange one-piece, came running to our position. "This is a family beach, you two should be ashamed. Get a room!" She placed her hand over the boy's eyes and used the other one to guide him blindly away from us. I growled again and felt Clocky tug my hand. "It's ok Toby. C'mon, let's go." She said with a sweet smile. Clocky began leading to the water. She rolled up the bottom of her jeans, took her shoes off, and stepped into the shallow water. She smiled lightly and motioned for me to follow. I took my shirt off, rolled up my pant legs, and took off my shoes. I started to step forward but Clocky pulled me into her chest roughly. She giggled as if it was nothing, and hugged me tightly.

We were silent, surrounded by the sounds of seagulls, splashing, and kids playing in the distance. She looked up at me with her one green eye. I moved my hand to make sure her bang was still covering the clock. "I love you ...Natalie." I told her lightly. She playfully glared at me before looking around to make sure no one else was looking. Then she tip toed to kiss me. I smiled into the kiss and pulled her closer. God I love this girl.

[a week later].

Just as quickly as it began, our honeymoon was now over. I watched as Clocky packed our bags up. I really am going to miss this place. I sighed deeply and laid back on the soft bed. "You know Toby, when I said 'we should pack', I literally meant we...not just me." She interrupted my peace. I looked down up at her and smirked. "I'm sorry, but since you're all done, then you really didn't need me." I shot back with a joking attitude. She chuckled and moved to sit next to me. I sat up and snuggled into her. I could hear her heart beat steadily along with her consistent ticking. "So," She began, breaking the silence between us two. "Where exactly are we going to now?" She had asked. I pulled away slightly to look at her with a smirk on my face. "Remember what I told you at our wedding reception?" I asked her. I watched as she searched her thoughts while I anticipated a reply. "Yes! You said exactly: 'You're gonna need sun before we move on our own' " She had answered me. I nodded to let her know that she was correct. "OK, time to go." I flicked her nose and hopped off of the bed. Her jaw dropped slightly at my actions. "Whoa Toby! Aren't you going to explain exactly why you said that at the reception?" She hopped off the bed to assist me with the luggage. "You'll see when we get...home." I drew emphasis on 'home'. Before Clocky could question me some more, I had left her behind in the room. "Hey come back here Rogers!" I heard her shout at the doorway. I laughed down the hall before exclaiming, "Race ya to the front desk!"

Sure enough, within time, we found ourselves boarding a plane while our car was being transported seperately to our next destination. Clockwork had stayed awake most of the time trying to spoil the surprise I have for her, but fate was eager to help me out when she fell asleep in the car on the way to the airport. After the plane landed, I located the car and drove miles before I realized: Damn this woman can sleep! As I looked around at the snowy atmosphere I realized we're here. This is our new home together! I got out of the car and closed the door lightly so as not to startled Clocky. I walked through the snow to her side of the car. The sun shone from the clouds just as I opened her door. She looks like an angel. "Hey...Clocky? Clocky? Hey Clocky? HeyClockyHeyClockyHeyClockyHeyClocky..." I continued to repeat it until she growled and opened her eyes(eye) to me. She looked around to see an unfamiliar but beautiful atmosphere, lots of snow, and a 2 story cabin. She then looked over and jumped a little, not expecting me to be so close to her face. Clocky kissed my nose and stepped out of the car. "T-Toby, where are we?" She asked as I was shrugging out of my jacket. I then placed the warm clothing on her because she'd left her jacket in the trunk. I reached my hands in the jacket pocket and pulled out a key. "We're home Clocky." I smiled sweetly and grabbed her hand. We walked to the porch and I unlocked the door. As I she about to step through, I snatched her back into my chest. "No way Nat, I'm supposed to carry you through the threshold. Newlyweds tradition OK?" She ignored the fact that I called her Nat, nodded ,and waited as I picked her up gently.

I placed her on the beautiful white couch in the wide open living room. The sun beamed down on me through the large glass part of the wall. Then I went to get the rest of the bags from the trunk as she stood up to look around. Soon when I had come back inside, I found her upstairs. I smiled sweetly at first, but then...seductively. I could feel the heavy blush on her cheeks as I layed down the last of our suitcase on the ground. I pushed her gently on the bed before going to hover above her. "I'm guessing that this will be our room?" Natalie had tried change the subject and make small talk. I chuckled while spreading butterfly kisses all down her neck. To answer her question, I nodded and moved to her ear. My breath was tickling her lobe. I could feel my very own smile grow wider as I whispered, "Hey Clocky, wanna christen the new sheets?"
