They talked over the breakfast Dean made, eggs, bacon, and toast. After breakfast the guys looked for a case they could take. Which meant Freya was going to have to get used to being alone. She wasn't allowed to go on social media so she was stuck having to ask the boys to pick her up some reading material.
"Do you guys think you could grab me some books while you're out? I can't imagine this place is very exciting when you're here alone."
"It's not" Sam said speaking from experience "We'd be glad to grab you some books. And you have permission to read anything you want here in the library."
"Our friend Charlie is gonna come keep you company while we are gone. She's awesome, I think you will like her." Dean chimed in
Dean grabbed his phone "Hey Charlie..." He said trailing off as he left the room.
"Cas you've been rather quiet" Sam said to the angel.
"I'm just trying to figure out what we are going to do for Freya. Im also trying to keep up on angel radio. It sounds like the angels are rather upset that Freya has gone missing." Cas said.
"Here" Sam said handing you a leather bound journal "It's my dads, it has a lot of information on things that you should probably learn about. If you are going to have to be stuck here you may as well learn about what we do."
Dean came walking around the corner as Sam was handing Freya John's journal.
"Ya" Dean said "And all these books here are also helpful for things you may have questions about too. Just don't overwhelm yourself."
Freya was already overwhelmed. But she didn't want them to know that.
"And Charlie will be here tomorrow morning before we head out." Dean added
Freya nodded she wasn't quite ready to be alone with someone she didn't know, in a place she was still trying to become familiar with. But she had no doubt that with how highly they spoke of Charlie, that she wouldn't love her too.
Sam had gathered a few books for Freya that he felt might come in handy for her to read. Aside from Johns journal she was given a couple books on angels and demons that belonged to the Men of Letters. And a bible. 'wouldn't hurt to read it' she thought.
It was early evening before she realized she hadn't ate in awhile. She had started with the bible. She wasn't raised religiously, Her mom and dad had always told her they wanted her to make up her own mind when it came to religion.
"I hate to impose, but I'm getting a little hungry." Freya said as she looked over towards Sam. She couldn't help that her attention always seemed to gravitate towards him.
"Of course!" Sam exclaimed "Im surprised Dean didn't beat you to the punch. He's always hungry."
"I could make some hamburgers?" Dean said, half asking.
"That sounds great." Freya answered Dean. She was actually excited it had been awhile since she had anything that wasn't either take out or delivery. She loved to cook, but she hated cleaning it up.
Dean made the burgers and they ate. Afterwards Sam got back onto the computer and everyone else back to the books. Freya soon grew tired of reading and ran back to her room grabbing a CD her father had given her. She didn't like the silence so she found a boombox that the boys, assuming Sam, had added to the bunker.
Freya popped in the disk, unaware of the eyes that were on her. She pressed play, Roll Me Away by Bob Seger started to play. Freya started to dance and sing. The boys were surprised at her voice. *CD Bob Segers greatest hits*
