Skills were the planetary being's gifts to people who did good or at least better in there specific world in what that specific one liked in a person's characteristics. It was not meant to originally be seen as a skill but instead a more intimate feeling was meant to be created between the ability and it's host. It should instead be seen more as the person's personification upon the world.

As such with these common held belief between planets it is harder to bless one from another world unless you are a Galactarian being or better yet a True Being. Among all true beings however there is a man that would set in his tower by himself everyday. He watched as humans grew each as if it was his own child. These people would be know as a gamer something every person deep down in there deepest wishes desperately wanted.

The latest being was a Naruto from the Naruto verse yet he was growing board of this one unlike the others he had watched. Curious about why he would feel this way he watched and watched before coming to a startling realization. The newest gamer was traveling a line far to close to being able to easily become to OP. The one he saw was almost as if the person had no experience at interacting between people it was almost as if he had been robotic for the longest of times. Sighing the being realized he needed to immediately help the man and as such he did the one way he knew how.

------------------------------------This T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-TOTALLY ISN'T A LINE BREAK-------------------------------

It was a average day in the new Konoha. Now that a system similar to mine in at least displaying a person's power was set up I could now relax for any points I made on mine or another's strengths. And another amazing thing thing that ended up happening was that all the other villages took our idea and started using them themselves. Thanks to the whole scale the people could also now better decide if a person had at least enough strength to be in a certain rank. Over 1000 Genin were promoted shockingly enough after finding out about how much power they had.

Another nice point in all of this is that the special Identities that showed a person's powers were now a required thing in interviews after all. Would you prefer a weaker person to a stronger one on a bodyguard mission or guarding a certain place. The phase is finally starting to take of in a even newer direction. The capturing and selling of beast weather Chakra or not to test there attributes on a average to create a sort of monster guide for many people.

As I stood up from a chair that I had purchased for my new house which I requested to get from the Hokage I started getting all of my stuff together that I would need. Which happened only to be equipping my outfit since I had the rest. After that I headed toward the School in boredom. Thanks to all the skill and this being the last week of it most teachers were trying to cram in the much needed knowledge to all the less smart individuals.

Poor Shikamaru who had all of this already memorized the Third day of school looked as if only sleep could put him out of his suffering. And Choji next to him appeared to only be interested in his chips and potential new flavors. After going through a boring day of Class I finally made it to the Hokage's room to show him a Undead Tooth Bracelet. Which basically had the same effect as the Necklace but could be equipped or wore one on each arm. Putting it mildly the Hokage instantly loved them and wanted me to sell him some that I had.

After I had completed all of the things that needed to be done I was about to try another ID Create when a rift in space appeared before me dragging me inside.
