Chapter 1: Geostimga

"Why does mankind even bother? you wreck everything you've ever had..then you start over like it'll be any better the next time." an unknown boy dressed in black spoke to a man in a wheelchair only known as Rufus Shinra.

"I suppose were no good at facing our memories. Wed rather gild the past Find something worthwhile among the rubble and build a future with that." Rufus explained to the young man.

"And thats why you salvaged Mother? To gild the past?"

"We were trying to rid ourselves of a more immediate problem."

"You cant mean the stigma? But youre the ones who brought that on yourselves in the first place. Well now. I guess you really do have a short memory."

"Hm. No. Not me. You see, it is my choice to forget." Rufus spoke as he smirked slightly.

2 Weeks Earlier.

Tseng, Elena, Rude, Rufus and Reno were exploring the northern crater for something. they were busy exploring while Reno was flying the chopper.

"Tseng, look at this!" Elena called out.

"Pay dirt." Tseng spoke up.

"not a pretty sight is it." Elena spoke up.

"who cares? just get the damn thing." Reno said, bored while flying the chopper.

"Reno! the Chopper!" Tseng ordered as Reno to proceed into the crater with a; "You got it."

What happened next is shrouded in mystery but they say that only 3 Shinra workers, Rufus included, escaped the crater unscathed.

Cloud P.O.V.

The Lifestream..that's what we call the river of life that circles the planet. it gives life to our world and everything in it. The Shinra Electric Power Company discovered a way to use the Lifestream as an energy source. Because of Shinras energy, we were able to live very comfortable lives. But wasnt that because we were taking away the planets life? A lot of people thought so. Shinra used their power to try and stop anybody who got in their way. Shinra also had a special group of warriors called SOLDIER, and all of the SOLDIERs had Jenova cells put inside them. Jenova was a calamity that fell from the sky over 2000 years ago and tried to destroy the planet.

there were a few female SOLDIER members. these women were highly regarded in SOLDIER and very well respected by all ranks..even Sephiroth respected them. 2 of them were especially well respected among the ranks.

The 1st being a beautiful woman, capable of communicating with nature. she was a Cetra Guardian..an extremely rare type of human and she is the last one of her kind now..she had pure emerald green eyes, long golden hair. very curvy and flexible for a SOLDIER. she wore her wolf print symbol with pride no matter the outfit, a wolf paw print was always on display. her name was Willow Matthews.

The other was known as Kira. a lovely woman, with a love for foxes. she became Willows adopted sister after Willow helped her overcome her fears. her purple eyes made her stand out especially after she gained Willows signature wolf print on her SOLDIER shoulder pad.

Anyway, there was one SOLDIER named Sephiroth who was considered to be better than the rest. However, when he found out about the terrible experiments that made him he began to hate Shinra. And then, over time, he began to hate everything. Shinra and the people against them. Sephiroth, who hated the planet so much he wanted to destroy it all..And us..those who tried to stop him. We had encountered A LOT of battles and for every battle..there was more sadness..someone i swore to help protect had gone back to the Lifestream too.
