Characteristics:
Quiet, reserved, Dakota grew up in a military household and taught from an early age to follow orders without question. Despite the hard childhood, he is still warm hearted, kind, and gentle. He is loyal to a fault, oftentimes feeling guilty for questioning the situations he discovers himself in, even when he knows he is justified in asking the questions.
A Brief History:
Dakota Hall is the only son of SFC Steven Hall. It is rumored he is not the natural born son of Steven and that his mother was actually already pregnant with him when Steven met her. It is further rumored that the baby his girlfriend at the time tried to pass off as his was a natural born lycan and Steven 'disposed' of the newborn, having him replaced with a human baby.
Dakota had a hard military upbringing, forced to endure hours of training at a very young age. He was shipped off to military school when he was only four years old, returning back home at the age of fifteen where Steven continued his education in the art of warfare and weaponry.
Dakota had always assumed he would join one of the branches of military upon turning eighteen, but by that time his father had already created the Shield of Humanity with several outposts scattered around the country. His father enlisted him into his own personal army for the agency, eventually using him as one of many human test subjects who had been regularly ingesting vampire blood.
Chief Scientist Tannitha Johnson eventually learned the vampire blood slowly killed the host, but by that time it was too late. Dakota had but a few days left before his body would begin to shut down. In desperation to save him, she forced one of their captive vampires to embrace him, creating the first and only known metavampire.
