No matter if mom and dad would shut their bedroom door I can still hear the arguing.

I can't shake the feeling of thinking I'm the cause of this one....when am I not?

In between muffling noises I'd hear Chelsea then here and there Jonathan's name with be thrown up in the air too.

Why?

I don't know, it's impossible to understand anything when both your parents are stubborn about anything and everything.

Come to realize there had been a tapping sound coming from my window causing me to turn sharply towards it.

I pulled the windows up and stuck my head out the window to see Jonathan standing there with my favorite red Beatles shirt he wore from time to time.

"Do I have to sing or something to get you down here?" He joked.

I chuckled, kicking on my nearest flip flops

heading back to the window

I grabbed the branches of the tree placed outside my window and jumped down.

The jump wasn't to far down - second floor - , believe it or not I've done this enough to get the hang of it.

"Ready?"

"Where are we going exactly?" I asked.

"That's the part I can't tell you." He raised an eyebrow.

Before I could speak he ran off waiting for me to follow suit - of course I did but give a couple feet away I could not keep up with him.

Before I could give myself a break to my realization we ended up on the best side of town.

From a distance I could see Jonathan Holding his arms out stretched up in the air and behind him was a view of the carnival that had just been built on the other side of the board walk.

I was defiantly not prepared for this but hell why not.

I caught up with him and we went in together, hands locked.

"Ferris wheel. Now." I told him pulling him along with me this time.

Once we made it on the ride and another couple set of people the ride went on slowly bringing us to the top.

He began. "Do you remember the first time we met?" He asked.

I held on to his arm with my head leaning on his chest thinking to myself for a moment. "We were thirteen." I smirked.

"Yeah but it's crazy.." He paused for a while.

"What is?"

"It was like it was just yesterday your mom was about to trample me with her car six years ago, and now were on our way to freakin' college."

"Uh, no you practically was asking for it riding that skateboard across the street like that." I teased.

"I always tell you, I was learning that day." He chuckled.

"Yeah well, your right... What happens when we go to college, break ups and make ups? Long distance kind of thing?" I joked.

"No what I was think was, I cheat on you, your totally devastated I try to get you back until you tell me it's too late and you've found someone else." I let go of his arm starring at him for a moment with a raised eyebrow.

"Okay, it was a joke." He pulled me back under his arm and held on to me.

"I promise you that whatever happens... Wherever we end up I will always love you." He whispered in my ear.
