"Hello, I'm Vincent," the man said awkwardly with his hand out. He was nervous, it was so obvious. He had never seen such a beautiful woman.

His beautiful eyes focused on her own. His eyes captured hers not letting her look away. They reminded her so much of the Earth with green wrapping around his pupil and dark blue like the ocean outlining the green. Little gold specks flickered in his eyes under the light.

"Kimberly," she replied, snapping out of her trance. She grabbed his awaiting hand and shook it.

"Do you need a ride?" He questioned with a bright smile on his face.

"Sure," she replied like the first time they met. She usually would not have said yes but something in his beautiful eyes and nervous attitude told her he would not hurt her.

He smiled brightly at her showing his pearly white teeth. He was so gorgeous Kimberly thought. He opened the passenger door to his 1958 Chevy impala, that was parked on the side of the busy road in a busy little town. Many little shops ran far down the streets on both sides and many people were walking around in a hurry before the storm came again.

Kimberly stood admiring the car she missed so much. They had to sell it 8 years ago when Vincent began to grow older and sicker, in order to pay for the incredibly expensive medical bills. The blue paint was chipping when they had sold it but now it was as beautiful as ever. So many memories had occurred in this car; so many conversations, so many firsts and lasts, so many miles traveling.

"Kimberly? You don't have ride with me if you don't want. I can get you a cab," Vincent snapped Kimberly out of her thoughts.

"No no sorry, it's just... this car is my dream car," Kimberly smiled at him, a true smile unlike the fake ones she has given since her husband was put on life support.

She hopped in the passenger seat and Vincent shut it softly and ran to the drivers side. "So where do you live?" Vincent asked awkwardly.

"Just go straight on Mainstreet and I'll tell you when to turn right. Thank you so much for the ride! I spent my last dollar on cola and a burger. There was no way I could have payed for a cab," Kimberly laughed a little.

"I couldn't help but spot you when I left Al's Diner. Your dress is so bright," Vincent chuckled lightly. "Also you are very very beautiful." A tear dropped from Kimberly but a tear of joy. She gets to start over but for how long she wondered.

"I missed you Vince," she whispered in a daze.

"Oh have we met before?"
