" okay who's turn is it now?" Piper asked exited.

"Mine" Will answered. "It was about six years ago, when I was nine it was many years before I found out that I was a demigod, my mum had to work at the hospital All day and night right before Christmas Day so I decided to surprise her. "

I woke up and it was Christmas Eve. My mum was already at work so I got up got ready and made breakfast, I wanted to go out to get my mum the perfect Christmas present, I had tried every day of December to find the best Christmas gift for her, but I hadn't succeeded. So when I had finished my breakfast I got my jacket, winter boots and got out in the cold.

For months I had saved up and soled magazines, to get mum the best Christmas present and I was very pleased with my 134 dollars

I walked through many stores and looked in catalogues and even asked my friend jake's mum what I should give my mum for Christmas.

"You're so sweet to think about your mother, my kids just think about toys and candy. I would be glad if I only got a card from them, that showed me that they love and appreciate me." She said and then she had to leave.

Before I gave up and went home I walked past santa so I looked in my pockets and found some coins and gave him all of them.

"Thank you, and what do you want for Christmas?" Santa said with a voice that was not one of an old man more like a younger man trying to have an old mans voice.

"I just want my mum to be happy and be proud over me" I signed.

"But she is" santa said and I looked up and saw blue, kind eyes and I don't know how but they looked warm.

"How would you know?" I asked and he laughed.

"Christmas gifts are hard
Especially for your mum
But when it is from you
Her happiness will be true" santa said and smiled as if he were really proud of what he said.

"That's the worst poem I have ever heard" I said.

"No it's no!" Santa said with a teenagers voice, maybe 17/18 "whatever have a merry Christmas" santa finished and I said goodbye before I walked home.

When I got home mum was standing in the kitchen cooking dinner.

"Hi sweety, what were you doing out so late?" She asked without taking her eyes off the food.

"Just some last Christmas shopping" I said while I took of my jacket, shoes and scarf. I went to the kitchen and asked mum if I should help out. She said that I could chop some vegetables so I did. When dinner was ready we ate  and it was, as always, delicious.

"So I thought I should give you a Christmas present now" my mum said and smiled.

"But I thought I would get the doctors equipment tomorrow" I said and my mum locked eyes with me.

"Have you been looking for your Christmas present all over the apartment?" She asked seriously but I could see a laugh playing behind that serious face.
