I'm terribly sorry for not updating but yesterday's events made things worse. Yesterday during a class practice for an upcoming event this December 13th I dislocated my knee. It popped back when they carried me , but I'm afraid it hurts so much. I'm under medical care and it still hurts , but I can walk for a bit but that is what I resist on doing. My knee cap is the only thing that hurts but it sure burns like inferno. Yet again , I'm sorry for not updating.and I'll try to as soon as possible. Forgive me dear readers.
